Very disappointed in the policies of this park. I had made a two night reservation with Camp Bridal. While on route I experienced mechanic issue that I had to repair on route which was disappointing and had contacted the park at the last minute to cancel. Apparently, they have a no refund policy that was not communicated to me when I made the reservation. I can understand paying for the one night due to not providing a 24 hr cancellation notice but management was very firm that was out of pocket for both nights. Very disappointing . Other establishments provide clear policies. Please choose carefully.
One star only because there isn't zero or negative numbers. At $75.00 a night you expect top notch service, Wi-Fi that works, Management that helps if you have a problem, NOT CREATE PROBLEM. Wi-Fi hot spot never worked during our 5 days stay and we aren’t Shaw subscribers so that didn’t help. On our Second day, of our 5 days at Camp bridal. The Park care taker decided to use a weed eater on a gravel section behind our RV to cut down just a couple of weed poking through. This was completely incompetent, careless, negligent, and reckless as he took out our rear widow of our RV with a shower of rocks. In a conversation with a former seasonal camper at this park, he stated this isn’t the first or the second time this has happened to a camper!! This was day 2 of our 30-day RV trip!! We patched up the widow with duct tape and a piece of Plexiglas, to cover the 6’X3’ window. Well accidents do happen and at this RV park seems to be common but I was surprised by the Manager’s lack of empathy to our situation. Having to travel our whole 30-day RV trip with a broken trailer! Many problems with dealers to get a new window, we are still waiting to get the new window, Window broke 22 June 2022, window not ordered until 22 Sept. Still waiting 7 Nov. 2022.
What a lovely place! We were looking for a campground very last minute and stopped here to check if they had an availability and they did! There was only one other tent, as most of the spots are for RVs. The owner opened an extra washroom for us, for convenience. Very very very clean, beautiful and....apparently they have a swimming pool, that we didn’t have a chance to use as we left early morning. Will definitely come back again. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Great place to stay. Sheila and her husband got us out of a real bind when other campgrounds in the area left us high and dry. Thank you once again!
Once was a beautiful place where my parents live and I loved to visit . However this has drastically changed recently. Sad to say this is not just due to the floods. There is now a disheartening pipeline running through the middle. Stressful to navigate from the Hope to Chilliwack.
Site manager, Shawna is very friendly and helpful. The resort is well maintained, clean and accommodating. Nice playground, basketball court, volleyball, and pool. picnic tables and fire pit at every site. The sites are vary in size but all are large.
Amazing Management. Amazing Camp Site. Had an absolute amazing experience. Special Shoutout To Umeed For Helping To Make Everything Flawless And Incredible! Definitely An Experience To Remember For A Life Time!!
It was very nice. We were the only tent there and were close to the restroom. The site manager was very helpful. Many of the RVers there were full-time and were also very helpful. We ended up staying 2 nights to explore all the wonderful sights. Would definitely go back again.
We had the opportunity to stay at Camp Bridal this year. Truley a hidden gem. It is a mature RV park with a mix of permanent and recreational RV sites. The Host's of the facility makes everything comfortable and relaxing for the guests, as well as keeping the park spotlesly clean. Of any camp / RV parks in the local area, Camp Bridal is definatly my first choice to stay, The serenity and peacefullnes of area make for a great stay.
This was a really nice place. Not many sites available for overnighters but site was perfectly level. Quiet and pretty clean. A lot of amenities closed for the season but rates were adjusted accordingly. Campground manager/host was nice too. Well done!
