I want to acknowledge Trina the property manager for Jade Isle mobile home park. She helped with a difficult situation in a very professional manner. I am so impressed on how she treats her residents without judgment and helps them as much as possible. Nice, clean and quiet community. My neighbors are amazing, just like family. The office Manager Trina is such a wonderful person, very professional and is always there to assist you. Every time I needed help with something she was there. Thank you Ms. Trina for everything.
We lived there for over 3 yrs. It is clean & quiet but the management & the owner are jerks. I am a decorated combat veteran with a registered service dog. They threatened legal action / eviction if I didn't get rid of my dog altho my ownership of him is federally protected by law. They began to 'nit-pick' & harass us about the smallest insignificant details until we finally sold our home & left. They raised the lot fees TWICE IN 3 yrs & were transferring the owner's property tax to the residents when we left even tho the residents don't own any actual land / property there DO NOT MOVE THERE !!!
Great and Quiet Community Park to live for peoples of 55 plus, I lo ve it.
Nice quite retirement community, beautiful pool, well maintained grounds, shuffle board court, bocci ball court horse shoe pit. We need more people closer to 55.
The manager was very welcoming very friendly. The grounds were impeccable There were some great views too.
Nice looking mobile home park for seniors brand new cool and rec room very nice
Grandma Betty lives here. It's a clean well kept property with nice neighbors
It is a 55 qnd over tralier park their are some traliers for sale always friendly nebighor and landlord
Real nice community so nice I brought a unit and moving in soon.
