I have to say wow, customer service at its very best!!!   I called them to get service on my septic because the original installer was not getting back to me.  Instead of scheduling me with them, She went out of her way to get in touch with original septic company and get them over to do the work.  She did this because they still warranty on the work and as she said that is not right.  Who does that!!!!   They did that just because it was the right thing to do.  Thank you so much Stephanie i think it was.    I will absolutely always recommend them and will certainly be my first choice on any future work.     What a amazing honest company who truly wants to do the right thing.

Lazaro and the gentleman he was training were amazing.   They came to house the same day we called.   They made recommendations to my husband arrived here and completed the job within 20 minutes.   We will definitely call them again.  Thank you for the excellent customer service.   Highly recommend Bud's.
