Camp Burbalac

We return here because we find it a genuine community, despite the turnover of campers, thanks to the generosity and friendliness of the seasonal campers. An ideal Beach and grounds for young families. The only formal Christian programming is an optional worship service on Sunday morning, but beware, helpful and kind Christians are all around. If you can survive with no booze and no weed, you will soon get high on the beautiful natural setting and friendly folks, and sense of village.

I’ve come here for camping every year since the pandemic. I’ve always enjoyed my time here by the beautiful lake with friends, and the amenities are plentiful and exceptional. Many thanks to the community at Burbalac for always making the stay memorable.

Since early childhood I've tent-camped here, and I continue to do so in my second half-century! It's ideal for close-to-nature camping but also has facilities for those who prefer a less rugged style. If you like quiet family camping in a friendly environment that promotes Christian values, Camp Burbalac provides for you a suitable forest-and-lake setting, weekly worship services, some organized summer events, and recreational possibilities for all ages.
