My Military Dependent ID card was soon to expire August and my husband and I started trying to book an appointment to have it renewed May. Despite being proactive, available appointments were few and far between, and we feared that my card would expire before we had a chance to renew it. We then recalled that the Clay National Guard Center in Marietta took walk-ins. So this past Thursday, we drove down to the center, arriving shortly after they opened 7:00 AM.  We were in and out in about 30 minutes. We can't say enough good things about this location for ID cards. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and efficient. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Mira definitely made my experienceunforgettable. Very helpful and customer service was amazing as well. I will have to find a reason to lose my ID again. But recommend asking to speak to her, super helpful

Great fast service.  All ID cards office should operate this way.  I walked in, signed in, I was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.  Great, great job by Tina!  Please promote her, give her more people and let her run ALL the ID Cards centers around Georgia.  Let her open additional ID card centers in Gwinnett County, please!  Thank you!

Visited Clay National Guard Center ID card office today. May 24, 2022. I have never received better service anywhere! Very courteous personnel, confident, and helpful.  Thanks guys for making the experience so very pleasant!

Frank was Great, Knowledgeable and very Professional. This facility is ran like a well oiled machine, no issues with my visit. In and out within 30 minutes. No appointment either. I wish everywhere was as organized as this ID Center.

The staff is well organized, thorough and professional.  Responded to text messages in a timely manner.  Very pleasant interactions.  Practicing social distancing.  Provided  hyiene supplies.

I was on an assignment for 2 weeks at building 447, representing AFGE Union along with the Dept. Of Defense. Everyone that I came in contact with was very pleasant. I would love to give a special thanks to the staff for the accommodations and providing us with a Continental Breakfast each and every morning...so important! Thanks to: Lt. Col. Excellent staff. With no appointment i got ID card updated in about 30 minutes. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Everything a Guard member could need, in one place. Photo shop was quick and on time for a DA Photo to put in my Warrant Officer packet.

Seriously one of the best places to get your ID updated.  The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful.  A must stop for your next ID!
