My Military Dependent ID card was soon to expire August and my husband and I started trying to book an appointment to have it renewed May. Despite being proactive, available appointments were few and far between, and we feared that my card would expire before we had a chance to renew it. We then recalled that the Clay National Guard Center in Marietta took walk-ins. So this past Thursday, we drove down to the center, arriving shortly after they opened 7:00 AM. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. We can't say enough good things about this location for ID cards. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and efficient. Visited Clay National Guard Center ID card office today. May 24, 2022. I have never received better service anywhere! Very courteous personnel, confident, and helpful. Thanks guys for making the experience so very pleasant!
Frank was Great, Knowledgeable and very Professional. This facility is ran like a well oiled machine, no issues with my visit. In and out within 30 minutes. No appointment either. I wish everywhere was as organized as this ID Center.
