Camp Gladiator Cross Mountain Church

My family has been attending CMC for about 18 months now. We all truly feel like we connected right away. Sermons are guided with scripture and worship is modern but without too much distraction we’ve been to some other churches with smoke machines and lights going everywhere. Kids have attended children’s church and youth service and have connected well. They are always able to tell me what they learned after. Church is also involved with community outreach and missions. Before attending I watched several sermons on their Facebook page and felt like it was a good fit for our family. We are so grateful to have found a place of worship.

Two years ago, when I relocated to TX, I started attending Cross Mountain Church. I have watched Pastor Randy and his entire family not only love their church family but also their community. In 2022 when gas prices soared, they were at an all-time high, Pastor Randy announced to the congregation that we were going to do community outreaches at several locations. During the weeks leading up to the events, he rallied the troops of volunteers. On the designated Saturday, one of the locations was the Valero Gas Station on Boerne Stage Road. For about 3 hours 9-12 anyone/everyone who pulled into the gas station was able to fill their gas tanks for free!! I was amazed. I had never seen that done anywhere else before. Who does that? Only someone who truly cares and loves those hurting in his community. Til this day, that is merely one of the many examples that stands out to me. Another thing that stands out to me is Pastor Randy's transparency. In essence, what you see is what you get. As he delivers his sermons/messages, one can sense that they're as much for him as they are for the congregation. God has given him boldness to say the real hard, tough things and sensitivity to say them with grace. So, if you're looking for a church to call home with people to call family, I highly recommend you check out this church. You have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

Amazing place everyone treats you like family, very welcoming. Staff is really attentive and always with a smile on their faces. Pastor Randy is incredible, always interacting with everyone. They have many different groups for youth and adults. Specifically the youth staff is amazing. I love this church and everyone there, go check it out for your self I highly recommend it.

We moved to the Cross Mountain area in July of 2021 and were invited to church through their annual serve day. Since the moment we walked through the doors, Cross Mountain has welcomed us, loved us, and supported us. It quickly became the reason we feel "at home" in San Antonio. Inspiring messages, a fantastic youth program, and the belief that we are here to love Jesus and love others are just a few of the reasons Cross Mountain is my church. Would love to welcome more through the doors and into our family. We truly are a church family.

Love everyone at this church and my children enjoy the programs for Sunday School. The pastor’s messages always hit home and we truly feel like we are part of a family.

When I started attending Cross Mountain Church I was welcomed and made to feel part of the fellowship right away. I have never felt like a stranger or outsider. The leaders of the church are always there for you any time you need them; but, they never push themselves on you. You are never made to feel pressured. A very nice church for someone looking for a relaxed and casual place to worship.

I love Cross Mountain Church! The worship is great, I always seem to hear exactly what I needed to hear in the sermon, and the people are welcoming and loving. I've been a member of Cross Mountain Church for about 7 years, and I've never once wanted to go anywhere else.

We have been attending Cross Mountain church since 2015 and are proud to call it our home church. Pastor Randy and Kelly pour their hearts into the church and each week prepare a message for our community that is uplifting, powerful and life changing! Our three children are actively engaged in all the children ministries and activities that Cross Mountain Church provides for them. We love attending Cross Mountain Church!

I absolutely love coming to Cross Mountain Church! Service is always amazing. My kids love going to the classes! Even if we don’t come in person for a while due to work schedules, when we can come by everyone is very welcoming and happy to see us!
