Located at the doorstep of Yosemite National Park, on the middle fork of the Tuolumne River, on 160 acres in the Stanislaus National Forest, Camp Tawonga has been a leader in Jewish camping since 1925.
Tawonga's mission focuses on four main goals: positive self-image and self esteem, creating a cooperative community, Tikkun Olam- a partnership with nature, and spirituality and positive Jewish identification.
Camp Tawonga runs summer programs for children entering grades 2 through 12. Our weekend programs are open to singles, couples, and families.
