. I took a number of photos so you can see the inside and all the friends and family there for supper. We got a table immediately and were served right away. Very prompt. We elected to get a house entree' along with salad. Good meal combo as we had leftovers. Yummy. I read another review and was impressed that when they lost power everyone got a free meal and take home. Very generous. BTW: enjoy shade on hot summer days by parking next to Mooyah Burgers if you go in evening. Otherwise park along trees fronting Parker Rd.
This restaurant is trash. I ordered an All the Way pizza. Don't let anyone tell you it's better than iFratelli's because it's an outright lie. I would rate the pizza a 2/5. In addition, I ordered the Chicken Piccata, "a house specialty". It was horrible. The frozen chicken breast was the first clue that this was gonna be bad. BLAND BLAND BLAND. Looks like it was lightly grilled, tossed on a bed of pasta and then drizzled with what's supposed to be a lemon, butte, caper sauce,. Not a drop, not even a minuscule of seasoning. Not salt. No pepper. Nothing. Just a tasteless bland piece of chicken. I gave it to the dog for her dinner. Lastly, the online menu is deceptive. They should tell you a small house salad comes with an entree. Because I ended up ordering an extra one that cost $5. A total of $60 wasted. Overall rating 1/5.
Pleasant service and cozy atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Food was okay. Calamari was good. I like garlic as much as the next person, but there was too much in my shrimp scampi.
I had lunch here today. I had the chopped salad, and I was only able to eat half of it and take half of it home with me. The man who waited on me at the bar was very pleasant. Highly recommend.
Food wasn't good or bad, just wasn't a "whoa" kinda thing, thus, unreasonably priced, lighting was dim? too dim? yes. but service was great, garlic bread kept coming in.
Took our kiddo out to eat for his birthday and decided to try somewhere close to home. Asked the waiter for the best things on the menu…we ordered what he recommended. The food was HORRIBLE!!! Pasta tasted like it was served in water with some power seasoning…our kid wouldn’t even eat the shrimp it was so bad! Then…when the waiter asked how the food was and we told him it was horrible….he said “sorry I should of told y’all really the only thing good here is the pizza.” !!! Total waist of money!!!
Came here for lunch with my coworkers of a Friday afternoon and I was not impressed. The hostess/waitress was passive with us and the food was mediocre at best. The food was barely warm and the sauce was spilled over the edges of the plate. There is an upcharge to change the type of sauce for your meal which we didn't realize when we ordered. The waitress brushed us off about it and the manager then came to the table to explain. He was nice and professional about explaining it and did offer to comp the charge for that visit. Maybe this is a place that specializes in dinner, but I likely won't be back to find out.
Great quick and polite service! Flavorful food & calm vibes inside!
I have worked in restaurants for years, and this is the worst service I’ve ever received. I know how a restaurant is supposed to operate, and this one was absolutely terrible with no excuse. They charged us extra without telling us it would be extra and then added a 20% tip to the bill. They did not give me my correct change, but the service was so slow that I didn’t bother with asking them for the third time to get me my change. As a server myself I am genuinely shocked at the service received from both our server and the manager.
I started dining at Campisi's Little Italy in the 1980's. Then the Granite Park location and finally the Plano location which is very close to our home. Dine in or takeaway the food and the service, not to mention the affordable prices makes this Italian resturant a big hit with our family of eight. Steve and Tony and the entire staff are courtious and attentive, too. I would highly recommend the Plano location!
