The Canadian Spa Company has been very responsive with my recent questions about parts delivery and warranty work. Beth, at the office, was very helpful in guiding me to provide the information that they needed to assess a repair and book their repair technicians in Ottawa ON. Rob and Jake came today, fully equipped to assess the work and carry out the repair. They worked cheerfully and tirelessly until the job was done, explained to me what had been done, and offered some precautions to take prior to starting the tub up again. I was very happy with the service and responsiveness of the company and I highly recommend both the company and the product to all.
I bought a hot tub from Canadian Spa in June 2022. I was completely impressed with the sale and support I received from day one . The delivery was impressive and on time. The installation book and details on the hot tub was very informative. I have had a beachcomber hot tub and a jacuzzi hot and have owned hot tubs for ten years. The support and part availability was terrible on my other hot tubs. I had a minor problem this year with my water fall valve this year and the support was excellent . The phone was answered promptly and I was sent the part at no charge quickly . A follow up call was made to me to ensure I got the part and installed it without problems . A technician also phoned me to ensure everything was working ok. The support and videos Canadian Spa have in place ensure my experience in the future with my hot tub will be positive . The price was also very competitive with all the other hot tubs. I am very impressed with Canadian Spa .
I had a great experience with Canadian Spa. I bought my tub from Walmart, had an issue and they came an fixed it on site and they never charged me a cent. Highly recommend. Great company. And I think they are Canandian?
Ordered a new spa back in April and anxiously waited for the install day. First off, dealing with Canadian Spa Company, Nigel in particular, was awesome and so easy. We were treated first class all the way. Second, install day, Ken, Darryl and Kyle showed up on time and after a quick scout of the premise, got to work moving a 1k pound unit. They were very good and had it in place in no time. Ken took time to walk us thru the tub and features, directed us to their website and app for further assistance, cleaned the area up, and helped me move my gazebo back in place. No easy feet as it is a solid wood structure. These guys were amazing and deserve a shout out. If spas were a consumable product, I would buy yearly from them. Suffice to say I will be signing up for the maintenance program to keep my tub in awesome condition. Great job all around. Wayne and Urmila Robert
Rob and Jake delivered and installed our Toronto SE spa today. The service they provided was exceptional. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer our questions and share in our excitement. The install was flawless. We are very impressed with their service and highly recommend the “white glove” service.
We purchased our hot tub two years back and have been extremely satisfied with the tub, and with the service provided by the company. We have had no issues with the tub, its operation, other than a couple of pillows that wore more quickly than expected. We contacted the company and in no time, the issue was fixed. Great people to deal with. They take the satisfaction of their customers seriously! I would recommend Great Canadian Spa to anyone seeking to purchase a hot tub. You will not be disappointed. As an aside, they have an excellent slate of instructional videos on YouTube that covers most aspects of setup, maintenance, and ongoing care.
Right from the moment I walked into their store to the final delivery the experience and customer service was 5 stars. I got a great deal on the hot tub, the communication has been excellent, the delivery crew was amazing and took their time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend the staff and products at Canadian Spa Company.
BE CAREFUL CUSTOMERS. The company misled us about delivery fees when they said that spas would be delivered to the curbside for free. We met their representative at a home expo in Halifax, who told us that delivery was included with the purchase of a spa and that we could buy it from Canadian Tire during a 30x points event. After purchasing the London SE spa from Canadian Tire, we were instructed to contact the company for delivery. However, when we did so, the representative said that free delivery was not available and that the only option was backyard delivery at a high cost. The main office confirmed this. I expressed my frustration about their hidden fees and false advertising, but they didn’t seem to care. Their customer service was terrible. UPDATE: The Canadian Spa Company’s customer service team contacted me to hear my story and help resolve the issue. They explained how their free delivery works and acknowledged that there had been a miscommunication. They offered me a reasonably priced delivery, which I accepted. I appreciate their commitment to their product and service, so I’m changing my review from 1 to 4 stars because they improved my experience. Second Update: I'm happy with the Canadian Spa customer service. I drilled a panel to install the spa cover lift, but due to wrong installation manual, the cover lift couldn't be installed in the drilled holes, and I have to drill holes in a new place, but there was no way to cover the previous holes. I reached out the customer service and they kindly send me a new panel with two trims at no cost and free shipping. This is a level of customer service that we are looking for when we spent over $10k on a spa..
Just got out of my brand new hot tub and it is wonderful! This is a great place to get hottubs of any kind, they are very knowledgeable and helpful for all their products. A gentleman named Nigel assisted us with getting everything we needed and showed us some of their amazing tubs. Couldn't be happier with product and service.
We have bought two hot tubs from the Canadian spa company, after a few small concerns with the second one, I talked to a gentleman named Nigel, and it was fully taken care of! He went above and beyond to make things right and showed amazing customer service from this company!
