I had previously purchased some car washes, so when I went to use my code this morning it did not want to work. I was so very grateful that there was an employee that was there working this morning to help me take care of this situation!! Thank you so very much!! It's really nice to have an employee that is on hand!! I also have to say that whenever I have had any issues I would call someone always picks up the phone to make sure that they take care of any issues that you may have!! Thank you so much Cantele!! Very happy Customer!! I had gone back to the car wash to continue using the previous car washes and again I had nothing but problems using the code to use for my car wash. So I had tried to pay for it and I had problems with the machine taking the money. I ended up having to use my credit card just to get my car washed. I'm not a very happy customer at this moment.
The owners really keep the place functional, clean, and inviting! It's such a pleasure, even though the cost is a little high for the Valatie/Kinderhook area. Highly recommend
This is an excellent car wash as it does a very good job in cleaning your car.
Sometimes works, sometimes not. Never dries good enough. Got stuck on prewash the other day and that was it, called the office so I could maybe go thru the other side, no answer. I am a member so I would have to wait till the next day to go thru again unless I want to pay as I am permitted to use once only a day. At least it didn't get stuck on the soap cycle. update: I am no longer a member. You want a good wash? Join Hoffman's for $10 less a month and true UNLIMITED WASH!
4 star because of wait in line. Not the fault of the business. Everyone was waiting for one nasty to open. Once a customer got out of her vehicle and confirmed the second bay was operational, the line of cars moved along. This trip took over 25 minutes because of un knowledgeable customers. I'm not in the area often, so I probably won't experience this time wasting issue again. The soft touch car wash did a good job.
Decent car wash bit pricey but what isn't .
Great equipment. Place was so clean I felt I had to wash the bay before I left. Good wash for the price.
