Shine Time Car Wash

Was not very happy with the automated carwash service. I paid for the extra services about $34.00 in total. I have a larger sized suv and the wash didn't hit all the spots on my vehicle. I prefer the car wash in Valitie much more its about an extra 10 minute drive but worth it. Also only costs $15.00. Cantele Car Wash 1011 Kinderhook St Valatie NY. make sure to use the bay to the right side. It may have a line while the bays don't you'll see why!

Ever since they put the new system in, my vehicle doesn't come out clean anymore. The dryers are terrible at removing water from the vehicle. I have to manually dry the vehicle off with a towel. Disappointing really.

Truck looked worse after washing it here. No soap and low waTer pressure. Steer clear of this place.its now called elite car wash. Go to hoffmans down the street.

Always broken, don’t waste your time. Update: I’m not sure if the owner has changed or they finally realized the facility needed an upgrade but it got one. The Touchless wash is brand new, both the payment area and washing/spray mechanism are working great. It’s good to see this place turning around!

Did self service. Clean bay with nice high pressure wand. Car was super dirty and got it very clean with less than $6

My car was cleaned nicely ,it was my first time using Shine Time and was a bit confused about the drying process .wasn't sure how long to stay under the blowers as another car was already in washing.I think I may have pulled out too soon as the rear of the car was not fully dried leaving spots .This was just me not sure how things worked.over all I would go back but it would be better if I could have actually heard the prompts being given .I give it an 3 due to operater error .just have to figure out the drying process.

RIP OFF! Deposited a $20 bill for a $14 car wash and received no change! Called and left a message-still no returned phone call and that was at least 3 weeks ago, Message said they only return phone calls on Monday. I won’t make this mistake again.

This place is such a rip off! I just spent $13 on a $3 car wash after depositing a ridiculous amount of quarters since the machine only gives you literally 12 seconds per quarter. And that was rushing going as fast as I could with no time to spare left on the machine. Same thing with the vacuums! I could've went through the automatic wash for $4 less! Don't even bother with this place, just go to Hoffman's.
