I called and spoke with engineering department in regards to the tree sharing program that the city was a part of so I was told. The woman whom I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and of no help she basically said nothing you can do but help yourself. Then hung up on me when I was continuing to ask another question absolutely no common courtesy. You would think the city would have more professionalism and have concern for the environment and want to plant more trees. So where exactly are my tax dollars going again?

Went to get some forms to fill out for a home project. Plenty of parking close to the building, nice, clean building with very nice helpful employees
Very good customer service from Supervisor office but I wish I can say same thing for all departments.
Can't believe this project took all summer, and also that it too so long to repair a dangerously potholed road in the first place. :
