If I could give them 0 stars I would,the court system is very rude and they have no idea how to use common manners when speaking to someone there whole system needs redone or at least the workers need a communication class or something. The officers where very nice and respectful so I have no issue with them but the workers there need some work sorry to say but it's true

Just an all around terrible place to have to communicate with.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone that cares about your situation when calling the courts . The workers there are rude and will hang up on your face or put you on hold while your still talking or before you could finish the question you asked . I sat an listened to the phone ring for a Hour straight today an when somebody finally got on the line they cut me off in the middle of my question an put me on hold then sent me to voice mail . AS IF anybody is gonna call me back by today … I personally feel like the Women I did talk to was very rude . An I still have unanswered questions that won’t get answered by calling the courts because once again The people that answer the phone Don’t care enough to help you figure out the next step in what your supposed to do . If I can’t call the number given by the courts what do I Do !? This is the reason so many people have warrants for missing court because of miscommunication THROUGH the courts .

This place is the worst with entering information in their system. My Son was there, when he left he went straight to another jail. He's doing 6 months their he notified them and his PO also did the same. SO WHY did the Canton Municipal Court say no one contacted them to let them know he was locked up somewhere else. Long story short he was picked up by Stark County again saying that he has a OUTSTANDING WARRANT he never showed up for Probation, HOW if locked up somewhere else and let them know where he was. So making phones calls to Canton Municipal Court makes no difference because the employee or whomever took the calls NEVER enter the information or told whomever needed to know. And because of that has Lost A GOOD JOB!! all because someone a Sorry person wants to Keep folks that try and do right after a MESS UP

Waiting on a call from the court administrator to find out about when public access to courtrooms will reopen as its seems like a SERIOUS violation of our first amendment rights and we pay for the service with tax money. DOUBTFUL that I will get a response as Disney and universal studios is open as well as local restaurants... so what’s with the court employees getting special treatment? We’re all back to work!!!! OPEN THE COURT TO THE PUBLIC LIKE IT SHOULD BE!

Too many phone prompts and almost always goes to voicemail. On the rare occasion you get to speak to an actually human being, the service is lacking.

I've called the courthouse a few times regarding a seatbelt ticket. They are extremely rude and very short with you. No explanations of anything I ask. Just short answers. If it's not a yes/no question they are very rude and get frustrated. If these ladies only gender ive talked to when calling the phone number do not like working with the public than they should get a different job/career!!

They don't have any help for the underdog! If you don't have money you can't represent yourself. And if you have a disability they don't look at it unless your disability is visibly noticable.
