The massage was not good. She only used her elbow but not her fingers to massage. Also They requested me to pay the tip with minimum hourly rate in CA for them.means I have to pau 33.5usd for two hours  massage. I also pay the credit fee too!

I never write reviews, but I just had a bad experience. Very unprofessional to say the least. I call make an appointment and show up for my massage, started off well she was good! But 15 minutes in to my appointment someone else walks in the door and Mr. must have been very important because the front desk lady knocks on the door I’m In and comes in, they have a conversation then my masseuse asked me how much time I had? I was confused as I booked a 1 hour massage. She then tells me to try the acupuncture for free while she goes to tend to Mr. I have never tried it so sure I have time why not. They do acupuncture in one spot on my lower back and right leg and leave me in the room for 25 minutes! My original masseuse never comes back, the lady from the front does and does a really really poor massage for about ten minutes and then says ok you’re done, and then proceeds to charge me full price anyways. Like I said I never wrote reviews but that was terrible!

I don’t know how they’re still in business. Very unprofessional, tried booking online and it was cancelled . No big deal. Tried again because they told us to book in advance, did one week in advance, showed up and still couldn’t get in. So many better places to go to and will NEVER try to come here again. One of the first reviews I’ve done because how unprofessional they are to paying customers .

If I could I would be negative. We’ve tried 3 times to book an appointment and each time they cancel either the day before or the day of. Terrible place to go to and do not recommend.

I’ve been coming here for years for all my pain and within usually one session all my pain in gone! I would get massages and try all kinds of stuff and nothing would work, but this place is the real deal, it really works and is flexible, affordable, clean and the doctor actually cares are your well being! I recently injured my back somehow, I don't even know how but it was painful to sit,  stand or bend over. After several days of not getting any better I came here and received a great massage. It was very relaxing and my pain was greatly diminished. I would definitely recommend her

Love Dr Li, she has been working with me doing acupuncture for my carpal tunnel for relief of my sypmtons.  My husband and I  started here for massages which were amazing as well.  Cannot say enough about her and the staff very laid back but very professional and accommodating.  Never leave unhappy

My husband is a disabled veteran. It took us a long time to get in with acupuncture.  Thank goodness they sent us here. They are amazing and take their time treating him. They care so much about their patients and were genuinely concerned about how much pain my husband is in. The va only pays for so much but when they stop I will be sure to try to keep this treatment for his quality of life.  Thank you acupuncture pain clinic!

She has to hire a receptionist, all her focus is on appointments and payments. She doesn't explain or ask what is your problem, straight put u in the chair and pushes the needles and leaves... ALWAYS IN HURRY. My payment was 40 but she charged me 80 dollars.  I don't like this place.

Office is Understaff and the therapist was taking care of the front desk and getting patients ready, I waited 40 minutes because she was having problems  getting my insurance eligibility. All  of her concern was what my copayment was and for how many minutes of therapy. Needless to say, I was not happy and I walked out . I do not recommend this place
