Williams is the home of the Grand Canyon Railway, Bearizona wildlife park and one of the best preserved stretches of Route 66. Enjoy the town's festivals of rodeos, car shows,Wild West and mountain man events, or play golf at the 18-hole Elephants Rock Golf Course. Explore the area with a guided tour by horseback, jeep, van, helicopter, or airplane.
On the way to the Grand Canyon you can visit the Planes of Fame aviation museum at Valle, or the Imax Theater in Tusayan for a trip back in ancient time and rafting down the Colorado River with John Wesley Powell. Or you might want to book ahead for your own river raft adventure down the Colorado and the ultimate Grand Canyon experience through the depths of its innermost canyons.
Williams is also the perfect hub site to visit many Northern Arizona unique national parks, amenities and attractions including the Red Rocks of Sedona, Sycamore Canyon and its breathtaking waterfalls, the Kaibab and Coconino National Forests, mountain lakes, prehistoric cliff dwellings, and much, much more. You can hike, bike, camp, fish, hunt, and snow ski all from this central location.
At the end of the day come back home to the Canyon Motel & RV Park for a tranquil and peaceful sleep. RVers will love our RV Park that is built into the side of the sloping hills with 47 full service spaces including many pull throughs. Tenters can set up in one of our seven unique tent sites. We have clean and well maintained showers and a general store for supplies and souvenirs. We also have a few BBQs available for our RV guests.

A combination of a historic 1940's Route 66 motor lodge, with three unique Grand Canyon rail car rooms, two 1929 Historic Caboose Suites as well as the original eighteen Flagstone cottage type rooms. This historic property also has a full service VIP RV Park and seven very large Tent sites bordered by the Kibab National Forest.
