Canyon Retreat Mobile Home & RV Park

Very nice, clean place. RV lots are big, so you can open your door without hitting your neighbors trailer. Being a nice park means there is now a long waiting list. This is one of the better parks for town yet not overly pricey. Would recommend Canyon Retreat if you can get in.

Been here almost 4 years and LOVE it. Owners are kind, considerate, honest people and truly do the best to take care of everything. Ive never been happier and dont ever plan to leave!

Canyon Retreat is not like most R.V. Parks. The owners are truly amazing, very kind and helpful. They maintain the park all by themselves and do an amazing job at it. The park itself is tucked away, most people don't even know its here. Its quiet and most everyone keeps to themselves. Everyone is friendly though, always a wave from a passing neighbor. Convenient location in the heart of Prescott with stores near by. Most people living in the park are Long Term Residents as its hard to leave a place so comfortable. If you want true Prescott living this is the place to be.

Been trying to get ahold of these people for 2 weeks they never call u back and even if u leave a message they don't return your calls.

Was thinking about buying a mobile home there to use while I was visiting Prescott on a weekly basis. I met with the woman who owned the home and talk to her. However, someone else made a pretty good offer on it before I could get back to her.

I have been living here for two years and love it. The owners are super great people. Everyone stays to themselves.

For spaces in the 40s, take the small road uphill to the right. The sign marking this road is small.

Plaesant, quiet, secure, great owners, privacy ,kept up daily, economical, good location, a good sense of community and home, short stay or long term 9+years...

Its a very small older mobile and RV park, somewhat run down. The spaces are very reasonably priced and there is a laundry facility on site.
