Today I went in and saw Dr. Beckstead for the first time. I have never experienced the level of care I received today. He was so attentive. And made me so comfortable. Which isn't very easy for me while at the doctors office. I was pretty sure not everything I brought up was going to be addressed. I was so wrong. He brought everything up, asked about things, and explained everything to me. He even offered addition care. I am so impressed and even confident that things will get better. Thank you so much to the doctor and his staff. Maybe it was just another day in the office for the guys. But it had a huge impact on me and I'm really grateful for the level of care and attention I was given.

I see that I'm not the only one unsatisfied with this backa*s place. Dr D was the only reason I could possibly endorse this place. If I could give you a negative rating I would. So if you are reading this do the world a favor and walk into traffic, you'll get better care. Western Medicine has won again. How big is the kickback you get from all the sales reps. Selling your soul. Just remember Doc, no matter how big your ego is you will be held accountable and responsible for the pain that you inflict. The Hippocratic Oath is wasted on you. Healer?

I think I was knowingly left for dead, and this veneer of caring and interest throughout the decade that I was a patient there just cracked. Really there was no attempt to even do the bare minimum. When I ended up in the ER because of their mistake and not doing their job one of the main 3 providers just terminated me as a patient even though he had to well know that it was deadly what he was doing to me. They treated me good as long as I was on my best behaviour and never required any work. Otherwise I think the way this clinic was aquired is under a black cloud. And I don't think they're even decent people let alone competant providers.

Terrible people work at this location and have no regard for financial well-being. Absolutely terrible communication skills and the staff are are too lazy or don’t care enough to complete their jobs with dignity. Rather than confirm insurance, they simply bypassed insurance and charged me the full amount. It was then claimed that my insurance would not cover… insurance confirmed they never heard from them at all and that it qualified. Front desk and billing needs to be trained to have better controls to prevent fraud and due care for customers. I will never go to any community care or hospice associated with them.

Our go-to for a decade. Love everyone and everything about this clinic. Be it in Springville or Mapleton, falling sick is never more fun or reassuring, than if you’re a patient at Canyon View. Fantastic doctors, nurses, and staff.

Had to go multiple times for most problems. They brushed me off most times because everything was just "anxiety" and gave no suggestions on how to deal with that later. One of the doctors kept touching me outside of what was needed which made me extremely uncomfortable and caused me to break down. He wouldn't test me for anything and would just look at me and say I have anxiety. Turned out most of the "anxiety" was the amazing combination of constipation, a UTI, heartburn, and a food intolerance. Can't complain about any of the nurses though they were always very kind.

Best group of doctor I have even used! I love the urgent care. I love that they can handle almost anything in their office instead of sending you to the ER. Their doctors listen and are very knowledgable. Thank you for being so great! I was lost for about 8 years when my dr uprooted and now I couldn’t be happier!

Love the Staff and Nurses! Dr's are very good giving you all their attention, and time for your apmt.

We have been patients here for many years well over 10 and feel we have gotten the best care possible. I enjoy having the availability of walk in although we don't use it often. We usually will make our appointment with our usually dr. Our Dr is superb with me and answering questions that I have or will look it up and call us.

Sometimes it feels like they purposly make you wait forever to be seen. They don't seem to place priority in respecting people's time. 1.5 hrs is too long for them to wait to see a 4 year-old with an eye infection, the visit only took 4 min, where as expected for this type of problem they prescribed antibiotics and sent us on our way. The lobby was practically empty when we arrived with 1 or two people arriving after us and leaving before us, the overall convenience and actual care isn't bad at all.
