I am a highly trained professional who will work with you to help you develop healthier, more effective patterns of behavior. I served in the military for eight years and understand issues unique to service members and their families.
I am fully trained Rapid Resolution Therapy. RRT is a brief therapy process that helps clients become unstuck from past experiences that have manifested disorders such as anxiety, PTSD, depression, grief etc. This therapy is usually between two to four sessions.
