Sandra was amazing!!! She assisted us immediately, helped us pick, recommended a design, drew out the plans, gave our kids something to do while we made final decisions, all within an hour and a half. We left with the perfect rugs for our hallways. This carpet store is where you want to buy your carpets! They have so many to choose from. All different designs, very good quality. We are incredibly satisfied. I am writing this review as we are leaving the store, it was that good of an experience. Thank you Sandra!
The associates in the store are incredibly rude. They did not acknowledge me, or offered to help in anyway. People who enter the store after me were greeted, and given a business card, and I was not acknowledged in the 30 minutes that I was in the store. I would never shop there. Like anyone else with a credit card I could’ve bought any single thing I wanted in the store, but I would never go there again
Inventory was plentiful and wide ranging, the warehouse was set up perfectly, and Sandra was amazing. The direction, suggestions, obvious product knowledge, and personal touch were all priceless additions to our shopping experience. Thank you, and we will be back.

Great selection of rugs and really great prices…. I was expecting really really expensive custom rugs, which they have , but also every day priced rugs for when you know your munchkin is going to spill their chocolate milk all over it.
What a fantastic experience. We were helped by an associate named Sid and he was respectful, not overbearing, but could identify when we needed help. We left with a beautiful rug and a great impression.
The best rug store around. Great staff, selection, prices. No rush, no pressure. Just a great shopping experience.

Capel Rugs is a great place to get area rugs and stair runners. Sid greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. On our first visit there he helped us find the perfect rug for our long entryway hallway. My husband went in yesterday and he helped him find the match to our last purchase for another area of our home.
We had a great experience at Capel Raleigh with Judy, the assistant manager. She was helping several people at the same time, and still did a great job to listen to us and follow through on taking care of making sure we got the rug we wanted, and also made sure we got the right rug pad. Don't expect online prices, but you get what you pay for and we LOVE our rug, and will be back next time we are looking -- the selection can't be beat!
