I wish I could give 10 stars but google only allows 5. I had John cutting my hair today and he did an amazing job! Until today I have never been able to find a stylist that I liked but today I did! I've been going here for years and always love what John does with my hair! I bring in a picture and John and I tweak it to make it my style....love it!! He works his magic and I walkout happy! ALWAYS! The salon itself is very pretty...a corner fireplace greets you when you first walk in ...always a nice touch! ...And...let's not forget the beautiful cappuccino he makes me while I'm there. Was looking for someplace new to get my hair done, and stumbled across Capelli. John does my hair and does a great job. The customer service is excellent, and John always makes sure that I'm 100% happy with the finished hairstyle.

My mother had been going here for over a decade and the way he treated her on her last visit is simply unacceptable. The owner, John, was very rude and arrogant about the service on how his assistant styled her hair. That she was unhappy with the work. He made excuses and did not take ownership of the issue. This is not how you treat clients, let alone your long time patrons.
