Dr. Robinson is amazing. I’ve been taking my daughters here for almost 5 years. The first time we scheduled with her we were transferring from another Pediatrician’s office and needed vaccines for school within a few days. She came in on her day off to see my girls to make sure they were all set for school. She is always available in urgent situations after hours, and has even called me back while on vacation. Hands down best physician I’ve ever used. She even worked in my nephew from Parkersburg last year when we couldn’t find a provider close to where he lived accepting patients. He is a teen and loved her also. I would recommend her to anyone. She goes above and beyond. She’s very sweet, professional and caring, and we’ve had nothing but great experiences with her and her staff! Highly recommend!

Dr Robinson is very intelligent, she’s kind, offers wonderful suggestions. It’s apparent she wants the best for the kiddos she sees. Her staff are also very polite and organized, which goes a long way in that industry.

Dr Robinson is a great doctor. She has a professional bedside manner and takes time to listen to your concerns. Unfortunately, after fifteen years of being a patient, we were fired for an appointment that was not scheduled. They literally named two appointments in 2016 that I missed and fired me for the "third one" in 2022. Disappointed

I have been to many offices, due to moving with the military. This office has provided very good experiences for us so far. It’s not a hectic place, and it’s clean. Everyone is kind and considerate. The secretaries, nurses, practitioner, and doctor that I have met are knowledgeable, cheerful, and they make sure that my kids feel special. I recommend them.

We recently moved to the Charleston area and Dr. Robinson came highly recommended. The receptionist was nice and friendly on the phone when I made my initial appointment. We have been in twice and I love the office and all the staff. Dr. Robinson is a compassionate and caring doctor who took the time to listen to my concerns. My son also really liked her because she spoke to him vs at him. We couldn’t have picked a better doctor!

Dr. Robinson has been our pediatrician since my son was born. 5 year almost now. She is wonderful and compassionate and her entire staff is amazing!!!! They always go out of their way to be extra nice! We love them!!!

Michelle Proops was my sons doctor coming straight out of the nicu with breathing issues . We then transferred to this facility to stay with her but I think she is a great nurse . She always listens to me about my concerns . She always explains everything to me about any issues . She loves my little one just as much as I do .

We’ve been with Dr. Robinson since my son was an infant. Not one single complaint with anyone/anything about this office. She’s wonderful!

I've never been here but I've heard good things. I just wanted to comment that they do not accept Medicaid, ChampVA, or CHIP.
