Everyone at Dr. Patnoe’s office is wonderful. I love how all of the forms and consents are online. It helps everything move quickly, and you don’t have to sit with a clip board filling our paperwork. My daughter has always had a lot of anxiety regarding medical/dental appointments, but everyone at the office makes her feel comfortable and at ease. She also loves getting to watch a movie while they work on her teeth. I am so thankful for all of the staff, and I would recommend the practice over and over again.
Dr. Patnoe is an amazing dentist. My children have gone to her practice since they started needing dental care at the age of 1. Her staff is kind, patient, and professional. Dr. Patnoe strives to give the best care by being knowledgeable and studying the most current practices. She knows my children by name and is up to date on their procedures and charts before we arrive. I highly recommend her practice to anyone who is looking for a Pediatric Dentist.
I couldn’t recommend this office enough! The staff are SO sweet to my very combative 2 year old. They take time to explain everything to me, and walk my daughter through every step of her appointment, which is SO helpful. This is THE pediatric dentist to go to! Dr. Patenoe was definitely made for this job, and the staff she hires reflects those same values.
Dr. Patnoe is genuinely wonderful. Any questions, concerns, or thoughts I have, she is able to help me with ease. Everyone in the office is so incredibly friendly, and compassionate. I absolutely love bringing my daughter here.
Always does a wonderful job with my kids. I'm able to schedule them both for cleanings at the same time, which works well for us. Dr. Patnoe and her staff are friendly and provide great care for my children's teeth.
Awesome place to take your kids! My kiddo is not a fan of dentists or doctors AT ALL, but they make her feel so comfortable explaining every step of the cleaning/procedure. Many would not go the distance of taking the time to do this. We drive over an hour, but it's well worth it. Also, super short wait times.
Office appointment was changed by the office staff without notifying me prior to changing my son's appointment. When I got the automatic text with the appointment time I called the office questioning why it was changed and why I wasn't notified. They advised on why they changed it but couldn't give me a reason why they don't let you know sooner than they do. You would think they would call and speak to you to make sure that time fits into your work schedule for that day. I rescheduled the appointment & was told not to worry about it. Then received a call back from the office stating I would be responsible for a 50 dollar missed appointment fee. What?!? Even though THEY changed my son's appointment & NEVER notified me until the night before at 8 pm with an automatic text. I do agree with other reviews regarding they way Dr Patanoe talks to you and even some of the looks she gives however I continued to use her practice because she has top notch staff and they are so pleasant always. Saddened I won't be taking my son there for that reason however I cannot get behind charging someone a $50 fee for something that was caused by the office.
My 1 year old had her first cleaning and Dr. Patnoe recommended a lip frenectomy. They got us scheduled for the procedure very quickly and were extremely accommodating for my 15 month old who wasn’t the best sport for the procedure. I’m very happy we were recommended to this office!
My children have been coming here since before they could walk. She is an excellent dentist and all the hygienist are fantastic. Definitely recommend them! My kids love coming here!
If your ever referred here I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I never written a review before but this place deserves to be infamously known. Horrible staff that will not let you get a word in and tell you that your the one being combative. My newborn son struggles to eat nursing/bottle feed. Waited 2months for an appointment. After being told she was the best one to do the procedure. Got him enrolled early in my dental insurance. Only for the office to tell me just days before the appointment they charge me in full first. Then run my insurance later. When I tried to let the claims/billing lady know this was not explained to me. And I never would have waited and enrolled my son in my insurance early if the were only going to bill me up front anyways. I explained to her I needed her office to deny the referral so I can go else where. She kept cutting me off and old me she didn’t want to hear it. She said they never sent anything to my insurance it was not on them to deny the referral. I tried to explain to her the process and what it was my insurance was asking for because their information was given when the doctor referred me. She told me it was not her problem because they never spoke with my insurance. And that the doctor was the one who had to deny the referral. I tried explaining my insurance told me that their office had to be the on that denied my baby’s referral before I can take him else where. And told me to call the pediatrician and figure it out then she hung up on me. I called the office back my call was answered by another lady and they sent me back to her. After asking for her name she then told me never to call the office again and no one would answer my call. Now my son still needs his tongue tie clip ASAP as he struggles to eat. And I cannot get in touch with the office to deny my referral so I can get my son help somewhere else. My doctors office and insurance are trying to reach out now. But we haven’t hear anything as of yet. And in the meantime my son is the one who as to suffer.
