Rich and staff do great work! I am an AK amputee. They have been my go to since 2006. Prosthetics is not only a skilled profession but an art! Rich has mastered both!
I have had a AK prosthetic since the 1980's and I could not have asked for better service. They have been there if I have had any issues, and have even opened on weekends if I required some help. They make me feel like family, and are a fantastic group. I might live in CT, but make the trip to Albany NY with no desire to change. FANTASTIC
