Never again. This place is extremely unprofessional; immature gossip girls running around talking about baby daddies instead of listening to their customers. Hair got ruined. The girl didn't deserve to be paid, nor the tip given; preying on empathy of customer with sad single mom stories. It worked, good job. Lesson learned. So, If you like drama, and to Not be heard, well this is your place. And the *owner with no eye contact with a mean mug ..

Gave a 3 cause they did a Great job with my Husband and Son hair I guess my son and husband will be going back but when it came to me .. they canceled the day of the appointment that I had book two weeks prior on the day of my appointment.. very upsetting cause I waiting for this apt was excited to finally do something for my self to get shot down … just to be canceled

Best spot to get a cut in Helena. Every single time I get my haircut, I get it done by a different person cause they all do amazing. Everyone is really friendly and they are all very professional.

Jenna gave me the most amazing haircut! I retired here 1.5 years ago and have not been able to find someone who could cut a stacked, graduated bob. Jenna knocked it out of the park! The outside of this location can be deceiving. It reminded me of an old time barbershop but inside it is a sleek salon offering many services. Love this place, went there not really knowing what to do with my hair. But Abbi did a fantastic job making my hair look fantastic. Love this place and reasonable prices too.

This place used to be good, but turning into a glorified great clips. We Had an appointment and still waited 30+ minutes before being seen because a “bread trim is taking longer” is unacceptable.

I had an appointment scheduled for 12:20pm. As I was driving to the salon during my lunch break I get a phone call telling me there is a scheduling conflict. I would have been fine seeing another stylist, but they had no openings. Won’t be back. Make appointments, keep appointments. At the very least sometime in the two day period after I made my appointment they could have tried resolving the issue. Not 20min prior.Service: Haircut
