We rent a 15 passenger van for our family to view Christmas lights after our annual get together. The van was spacious and we enjoyed the experience. However, the van was very dirty inside. There was two seats with spills that hadn't been cleaned up and trash inside the van. We cleaned the seat to prevent being charge for the mess but feel the location should do better cleaning in the future.
The van itself was nice and service was good but it was a gross stinky mess when we got it. I had to use a lot of febreeze and there were giant boogers smeared all over a seat and a cup holder, making them unusable. Clearly the van was not cleaned after the previous rental.
Great place to rent a van for a short family trip. Takes debit cards and no huge hold on your card. Van was in amazing shape and a really smooth ride. Will absolutely use them again in the future.
There is no other place to go for a van rental. Great prices, clean vans, quick and efficient paperwork. They have a big enough inventory to handle a last minute need.
Great place to rent vans and SUV. The only problem they don't have unlimited miles.
