Captain Jack's

Charged me $17 for a half pint that is $7-8 elsewhere. Full bottle is $23. Stealing from people and hoping they don’t notice.

This place should be called Captain Jack’s Unfriendly Spirits. Clearly they are only used to the local yocals popping in for their Miller Lite. While in CT on vacation I went in with my husband to look for a bottle of wine suitable for dinner. Poor selection aside, these people were clearly uncomfortable with people looking at their wines - Not only this but when my husband went to pay the man behind the counter was insulted when asked for privacy while entering our pin code. Will never visit this establishment again - good luck to them!

Such a friendly and joyful experience. The staff made my day better and that was not because of what I was purchasing.
