A warm friendly greeting after entering the restaurant and quickly seated by the staff. The Restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom. Our server Maria did and excellent job taking care of us she was quick and attentive but did not pester us. Our food was out of the kitchen very quickly and it was fresh and hot Delicious. I highly recommend this Restaurant and I will definitely be back. Thank you Captain's Galley for making my dining experience fantastic.
We hadn't ate here in a long time due to the lack of quality service and food taste, but this time we were pleasantly surprised! 5 of us all had different items plus the trio appetizer and it was all delicious and fresh tasting! The waiter was very attentive and keep our drinks filled and our request handled. The food tasted like it was fresh out of the ocean and was cooked with fresh oil. We had no complaints and will definitely be going back again!!
Excellent food and service! We had the Alaskan White Fish and Deviled Crab..both tasted really good. Our waitress was great! She was always checking with the tables to make sure everyone was taken care of, refills were quickly done and she was so kind and friendly. Definitely worth going to.Food: 5/5
Ordered takeout. Food was great, they were not super busy, but ended up waiting about 10 minutes after they estimated it'd be ready to pick it up. Reasonable value for the steeper prices. Would recommend.Food: 5/5
This was my first time visiting Captain's Galley, everyone was courteous, professional and exceptionally friendly. The waitress was fast to take my order and the wait time for my food was short. I highly recommend this Seafood Restaurant to anyone who wants an absolutely great dining experience with wonderful food, excellent service and a great atmosphere.... this is the place!!!
Ordered the Alaskan White fish potato salad and greens...got the food and it wasn't what I ordered at all and my sides were completely not in the bag. So I call the restaurant and am told that I have to go through DoorDash about the issue and was also told that one of the dashers take people's food from the bag....needless to say I won't be using Dash anymore I will stick to UberEats like normal. The lady on the phone was super sweet though I truly don't think it was an issue on their end cause I've never had this issue with getting the wrong food from there.
The baby flounder, sweet potato, and hush puppies was good, but I had to wait 20 minutes or more to get my food. They were not that crowded for Sunday afternoon.
Called to place an order. After the 20+ I finally got through to a very short lady who instantly put me on hold. I waited over 15 minutes on hold. I finally just hung up. I’m not spending my money to a place that puts people on hold that long. I’ll just wait for King of the Sea to open back up.
All my fish was overcooked and bad, while some sides weren't cooked enough, it was take out....sucks to get home and find out the food is NOT good.***Update, we went back to give it another shot tonight after all we have had good experiences here in the past. This time they brought us the wrong food, no biggie, but then we found the food not warm--tho straight from the kitchen--and AGAIN with the fish DRY AND OVERCOOKED. I'm done. Parking: Plenty of Parking
We went & my wifevstood at the counter for 20 minutes to either get seated or get our name on the list, but was totally ignored by a younger girl on the right register. The other girl on the left register handled take outs. Finally, after over 20 minutes of waiting & being ignored, the girl said 35 minutes to wait. We left.
