Barbara and the team are fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Great location as Lord Street and the Seafront are less than a couple of minutes walk away. Rooms are clean and tidy with tea and coffee making facilities, but there is also access to a shared kitchen. Would definitely stay again Rooms: 3/5

I stayed here overnight in a single room. The bed was more like a small double and very comfy room 3. Very compact and cosy, perfect for just an overnight base to explore from. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and the location, although just round the corner from Lord Street, is tucked away and peaceful. Approx 10 minute walk from the train station. Would stay here again
We've stayed in alot of places over the years had loads of uncomfortable beds but my god the beds are soooo comfortable had a fab night sleep and i dont sleep well normally, loved the seaside decor, very fitting and will definitely book again. Very clean everything we needed. Barbara was lovely very thorough on arrival a huge THANKYOU from us
Very welcoming by Barbara and her staff. Lovely, cosy and very clean. Lovely cosy room with private shower, nice and quiet, parking available which we very thankful of. Stands out lovely from other guests house from road, with nice clean area to sit at entrance point with flowers and tubs. Very Close to all amenities just at end of road. Would highly recommend. Excellent hospitality. Booked two nights. Clean room. Comfy bed. Ensuite bathroom with shower. Hairdryer provided. Tea/coffee making facility. Residents have access to a kitchen. Able to park on frontage. Didn't book till close to required dates. Pleased to be able to find suitable accommodation.Location: 5/5

I cannot say anything to be fair, The bed was so comfy and the pillows oh my you sank into to them so it was as though you was on air, Everything in the room worked me and friend stayed for 2 night but spent 3 days there, The little lights and like shelf underneath really made it feel so nice, I liked the pictures in the room, I'll have to ask my friend what number room but I would definitely be staying again when I get chance to, The owner shown us to our room and everyone that even came to stay was really friendly, For the 1st time staying in Southport I honestly cannot say a thing to fault I loved it...
Check in and out simple and easy. Twin room that had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and cosy. Beds were amazingly comfortable, great price.Rooms: 5/5
