The young lady that takes the payment was very nice. She tried her best to sell me on the monthly membership and I appreciated that. I told her that I was moving to Texas and she quickly replied with, "well you can always come here when you visit". It made me chuckle. The 2 reasons I give it 3 stars are: 1 They didn't have a person with a power washer spraying your vehicle before the wash. My suv has some difficult nooks that the large mechanical cleaning pads don't get to. 2 The handle of the vacuum I was using was broken the wand was loosely attached to the house and kept falling off so I couldn't vacuum the hard to reach spots between my seats. That was frustrating.
The first experience was just needing to use the vacuum, and the associate was so gracious. I offered to pay, but he said just drive around, but be careful as you drive around. Cleaning my vehicle there, it always comes out clean and almost completely dry!
This car wash seriously sells itself, after a long time of trying to find a perfect car wash I have returned to Tommy’s, I brought my first car here but after my car accident, I switched over to club car wash for the cheaper prices, and let me tell you I wish I never changed car washes. I just recently got a new car and two new dogs, and I’ve been seriously need a car wash. I decided to take my car to Tommy’s today and I got a month to month membership not only are their prices decent but their wash is insane. Their vacuums actually work they gave complementary dash wipes and air fresheners and they have a three dollar interior pack. It seriously amazing and don’t forget the free. Matt washes. I love this car wash. If you’re looking for a new place to take your car this is the one seriously my car looks as new as when I got it.Services: Polishing
Excellent car wash, free vacuums like many others, but the floor mat cleaners are awesome and I haven’t seen them other places. Get a membership, look for promo for 1 free month!
Terrible wash. If your back end of your car has any verticality like an SUV you will be disappointed. Should’ve hand washed it myself, bc that’s basically what I had to do afterwards. Below are a few pics AFTER I did some cleanup with paper towels at the gas station before I got home.

The website says dually friendly, but I was made to back up and leave because they can't do a dually. So either more training is needed for customer support, or being truthful and say can't or won't for whatever reason.Iam not happy, drove from other side of Olathe to come here. To respond to their reply: there was no measuring done, it's a factory non modified dually truck. There is a video of my exact truck on YouTube going through. Bottom line is either the employee isn't trained or there is some other reason
The facility is convenient and does an above average wash for full automation. Staff is very helpful and courteous.
Not very professional. Came in for a wash with tire shine, tire shine left dirt on my rims. Had to get back from lunch break & came back about 2 days later to discuss issue. Employee said they don't normally give free car wash but offered to run me back through. It resulted in the exact same problem. Even after the employee saw what I was talking about, he didn't seem to care, nor interested in correcting the obvious problem. After reading other reviews, I reccomend to avoid.
I’d love to say my experience here was all great but unfortunately the only part that was okay, was the time I spent inside of the car wash. When I arrived I gave the cashier a coupon I had received at a recent outdoor festival. There I was told I could use this coupon at the Overland Park location until the new location opened. I gave this to the cashier, she said we don’t take these here. I said I was told otherwise. She got on a headset to ask her manager. She didn’t say anything else just lifted the arm. I wasn’t offered any information on buying wipes or other items for the interior of my vehicle or information on a membership. After my vehicle was washed I pulled into a spot to vacuum out my car. There was a gentleman parking lot attendant. He offered the other gentleman in the parking lot chamois cloths, interior wipes, complimentary floor mat cleaning etc. Not one word was spoken to me. I wasn’t offered any items. I’m not sure if this was due to me being a woman or because my car wasn’t made this year or last. Just extremely disappointed. I wanted a membership and so did many members of my family but I don’t feel my treatment was fair.
