I recently discovered this group and have really enjoyed the classes I’ve attended so far. The playlists are really fun and there’s a great energy in there. I love seeing people of all ages and sizes get a great workout in. I like that their classes are setup as drop-in so need to pre-register. The 1st class is free and then it’s $6 per class. There’s also a punchcard program that brings it down to $5 per class. I highly recommend checking out a class!

A little difficult to find but wonderful people and a great workout for a reasonable price. The shot of energy tea before and the protein shake afterwards are a nice touch. So much fun.
I went to cardio drumming last night for the first time, it was amazing! I had so much fun and absolutely loved all the people. I will for sure be going back again next weeks.
