We bring loved ones to medical appointments when family is unable to be there. Our goal: decrease miscommunication among patients, family, and providers.
We are a team of dedicated women who are on a mission to ensure accurate communication among patients and their providers and families. We act in place of a family member to help make sure instructions are communicated and understood, current medications are accurately conveyed, and otherwise make sure patients are in good hands. We often witness aging family members with age-related cognitive issues be unable to provide a list of medications, allergies, or other issues, and be unable to convey doctor instructions to family members. We are here to bridge that gap by being with your loved one when you cannot be here in person.
