Thank you so much to LPN Gay-Ann and RTA Brandon for a pleasant experience at a painful time. Dr Bose was thorough, professional and listened intently!! The whole staff was so kind, gentle and caring! My favorite part of the visit was the good music!!! Music Heals and calms and is always a great idea for any medical setting!!
CareNow employs very professional staff that I had the opportunity to see today. My experience was positive in all aspects. They were friendly, courteous, and engaging. They treated me like I was family. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing medical care with a friendly smile.
Staff was very kind and I received my diagnosis fairly quickly. Doctor was very empathic and showed me a lot of courtesy. Now, time to take my meds and sleep for the next 5 days.
Very easy process with wonderful nurses and doctors! They communicated clearly and helped us through the whole visit. My young girls were totally comfortable there, even when they don’t like the doctors!

I’m glad I stopped in for an eczema flare up. The environment there is calm and serene. Gay-Ann was exceptional, down to earth, attentive, and nurturing bedside manner. Mary Decker really listened to me, attentive, very knowledgeable as I express my concerns. These two ladies are a dynamic duo together. I’d definitely recommend anyone to go there.
I went in for what I thought was an allergic reaction to medication I was taking. I was immediately seen and put at ease. The nurses and doctors made me feel calm and safe and navies I was so anxious did breathing with me. They reassured me that I was having a severe panic attack and went above and beyond to calm me down and make me feel safe. I truly appreciate their kindness and will always chose this location.
I went in because of a sore throat. Had to fill out some paper work because it was my first visit there. Did not take long to do and the wait time was minimal considering how many patients were there. Everyone from the Receptionist, Medical Assistant, to the doctor were very nice and professional. The care I received was very good, and put processing was prompt.
I went to Urgent Care after calling and registering on line. They were extremely helpful and professional from the front desk to the doctor. I feel the service and tests performed were very thorough. I would certainly recommend this Urgent Care
I should have known this was going to be a disaster as soon as I walked in the building. My wife is an HCA employee which means when we visit care now, they are partners and we are required to pay a $40 co-pay instead of a $70 co pay. I the lady at the desk told me repeatedly that I had to pay $70 till the manager asked if she was an HCA. I said yes and she said don't worry, will send you a bill in the mail with the correct amount. I said ok and went about my day. A couple of weeks later I got a bill in the mail for the $30 I was told was going to be taken off. I take it into the care now facility and speak to the same manager who said "this is out of our hands, you have to take it up with patient services now." So this lady who was the manager of the facility knew that if she let me walk out the door it was no longer get problem or decided she just didn't want it to be her problem. Over the last 4 since April, I have been told by numerous patient service employees to ignore future statements, they are going to take care of it and not to worry. Today I get a call from a debt collectors office, stating care now has sent my bill that I do not owe to collections. I highly doubt not recommend.
