Receptionist was very nice and polite. However nurse practitioner was rude and could not be bothered. He actually told us why are you here. Never experienced such bad service. We had to take my son to a specialist the next day to actually get some medical help.
Called and made a sane day appointment. Front desk stead was very kind and friendly. Back staff were very kind and helpful. Provider was really nice and took her time with my daughter. Great experience overall. Will definitely visit again for my urged care needs.
I came in as a walk in with sinus and ear issues. The lady at the front desk was very good she got me in right away. Received great care and medication to help me recover. My mother and sister scheduled a Saturday appointment and we’re well taken care of in a quick time frame. Thank you Care Spot Apopka for help the 3 of us get well!!
I went in because I had taken a terrible fall at work, so it was a workers comp. My appt was at 3 but I got there at 2 because I went right from work after the fall. First of all because my appt wasn’t till 3 they took walk ins and any appts that were before 3 and came in after me. Which I understand but not walk ins. I didn’t end up “getting seen” till after 4. Then the ARNP comes in and she doesn’t even look at my injuries at all, she asked me questions and told me to ice and ibuprofen and go back to work. Never once looked at where I had hurt myself never did any X-rays absolutely nothing. I was hurting so bad the next few days it was hard for me to get up and go to work but because she didn’t even take the time to really look at my injuries. Workers Comp should not be sending their employees there.
Cynthia was so attentive to our daughter for her first ecg. As a young teen, she was very nervous having to undress for the test. Cynthia walked her through the process and showed her on the monitor how it works. Then proceeded to ensure she felt comfortable before proceeding. I am incredibly appreciative of the care and consideration that she took towards my daughter.
Setup an appointment for a drug screen for 11am, They have taken three walk in patients after 11:45 now. Will not be back here for any drug screens in the future. I recommend you don’t come here either.
Absolutely horrible. The person who performed the strep and mono test didn’t lack bedside manner- that would be an understatement. They were outright abusive to my daughter. It was painful to watch. I asked him to stop, and she did too. He made it clear- He was having a bad day and was taking his anger out on her, an 11 year old girl. Then, after paying full price, I was able to get the insurance problem resolved, but they refuse to help in anyway. So, I paid full price for someone to hurt my daughter. I’ll never go there again.
The staff along with Ms.monica, made the visit the best we have ever had in the medical industry. Took care of the issue my mom had unlike other medical places we had visited I highly recommend visiting for any non emergency issue someone may have.
I should’ve never gone. It’s a sorry excuse for a business, let alone a healthcare business. A place where caring, listening, compassion & competence don’t exist. Go somewhere else
Everyone was friendly and made me feel at home. I’ll recommend any and everyone to go here and get whatever they need to be done. Best customer service I got in a while. I was in and out of there in like 2 hours or less.
