This agency used to be amazing. It seems the moral in the office is a bit different as of late. The women are rude no matter what it is you are trying to achieve. I use their agency to pay their bills, checks and what not. If I could attach the conversation I had with the owner. I would. Sounds like it's time to call someone else.

The women at the Carey Agency in Hudson Falls NY were extremely rude to my wife over the phone when she called to ask questions regarding a voicemail they had left stating our policy was due to cancel. They hung up on her once after putting her on hold several times, and then when she called back she was talked to in a disrespectful and demeaning manor and put on hold numerous times again, there were other agents in the background of the office  yelling at the phone regarding the conversation my wife was having with the insurance agent. They did not answer one of her questions, as per their job. They got very defensive and rude.  After making my wife cry, she called our insurance carrier National General and was immediately reassured our policy was not going to cancel and they answered all questions she had in a professional and kind, timely manor. I will not be going through them for insurance ever again, nor would I ever reccomend them to anyone. If you want to be treated like garbage, this is the place to go!

The people at Carey have been insuring 3 generations of my family for over 30 years. If there's a better rate, they'll find it.

I have used them for awhile and they have def gone downhill I am changing companies myself.. for example.. get a call we are shopping your insurance as you are up for renewal and we will call with the new policy looking to reduce.. no call comes in and the policy comes with a 300 a month increase yes not a typo 300 increase.. would def think that might warrant a phone call.. now I have an 18 year old driver in the house however no addition of him that i added ... so needless to say I am not moving forward with them and they are less then pleasant to deal with in the office as well... hope this helps.. today day and age the internet you would think businesses care about these things but hey as consumers it is for us to help each other!!
