The food here was amazing the chicken tender were very hot and fresh. Prices were very good. Their crew was very nice and friendly. There was the one worker named jose that had very funny jokes and made me and my friends laugh ,would definitely recommend coming here. Vegetarian options: They have a very good vegetarian option called the beyond burger and it tastes just like the real thing!!
Sign out front said 2 for 5 but no pic in drive thru so I asked what options. Was told fries, spicey sandwich and cheese burgers. Took just a minute to pay, get food. I parked 100 feet away and the 2 burgers were cold. The only warm part was the ketchup?!?!?! They must have been made hours ago.Food: 1/5
The employees at this restaurant maintain their store clean, I can always count on dining in a sanitary atmosphere and be provided what I need. The backline also looks very clean and organized. Cashiers are extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the morning shifts. even the cooks help with assistance. Whenever I want hot fresh fast food, this location is my first choice and the bacon swiss is always a hit.
this carl’s jr is the best one here, the dine is always clean the bathroom are always clean. i have never had an issue when coming here. the workers are always cleaning and on task. they are all super friendly not only to one another but to the customers. my food always comes out hot fresh and fast.Food: 5/5
Ordered two burgers. One looked like this. Threw it out. Apparently it is suspose to habe these bumps. The other 2 didn't.Food: 1/5
Guys who doesn't love a western bacon cheese burger and onion rings. And if you guys have not tried the new Diablo burger, it is a must if you like spicy. Like I've said before it's happy happy to my food soul.. God bless to you all my food bud..Food: 5/5
Need to have employees not necessarily the cashier greet guests at the counter when they're busy with drive thru customers. Wait time before acknowledgment from staff was 3-5 minutes.Food: 5/5
I love coming here food is always good and customer service is always great.I know my food is gonna be extra good when I see this one specific cook that is tall and wears an apron he always makes the burgers amazing.Food: 5/5

I went to Carl's off channels islands yesterday 7/22 and when I got back to work my order was wrong for the second time I've gone there. I'm all for having fun at work there was a couple of people at the widnow messing with eacher alot.but my orders been messed up both times I've gone now. I'm ok if it's just mine and it happens once but when I'm Ordering for my coworkers as well and their orders are wrong. it gets annoying really fast.
