The management here is very nice and the chicken here is really good. I noticed that the pot pies here have more chicken than at other KFC locations. Very clean and the employees are very nice.
This is far the worst fast food I have ever ordered. I ordered 12 pcs chicken wings and they were hard and dry. It looked like they've been sitting in a bin for so long. We could not even eat it because we were concerned about our health. That was far the worst wings I have ever seen in my life. I also ordered 8 pcs Chicken but they said they were out? That is just unprofessional. So, I ordered the 8 pcs chicken tenders instead with extra Honey BBQ Sauce. They did not give me any sauce at all. I was missing gravy for my mashed potato. The coleslaw tasted funny. What a waste of 40.00+ dollars and this KFC should be shut down. I should report this location to the health department and to the corporate.
Normally I would rate this place with 5 stars because the food is good , but this time I can only give it 4. I ordered online for later pick up. I ordered a bucket of chicken strips. Now, their sauces are . 25 cents each, so I spent a dollar and ordered 4. The lobby was closed so I picked up through the drive through. I get home and there was no sauce. None! Maybe it's my fault for not checking my order at the window but I usually think when you order food online that the people putting your order together can read, so I give them the benefit of the doubt. Lesson learned. I'll buy my own sauces and make them myself... Maybe even my own chicken.
Walked into this store for an order and to take my 6 year old daughter to use the restroom….waited 30 minutes inside the store before leaving because the cash register was left unattended and no store associates would answer us. Absolutely horrible customer service will never be back to this location! Despite several customers shouting “Hello?” For over half an hour and us seeing 3 workers working today and passing by, everyone was ignored.
The chicken I've ordered had so much feathers that could easily fly away if it wasn't dead. I never complain, just not going back.
$33 for 12 pieces!?!: W..T..F..??? I've never heard of such a thing. Aside from that feeling like highway robbery,.... These Punk kids act like they've got better things to do than talk to you! Like you were interrupting their night! Customer service and Common Sense are dead here. I may never go back again, and they are only 500 feet away. And seriously, where did they get off at $3 for every individual piece!?? What the hell kind of stupid is that.
KFC how can one go wrong with a terrific fried piece of chicken. I love it. It's good for the soul.. God blessFood: 5/5

Outside the fact they get your order wrong 7 out of 10 times... they now upped all their prices... 12 tenders for 40$?!?! What planet are you living on? definitely not coming back until they go back to their senses... ***Update:to make matters even worse the chicken was cold and stale when I got home for 40$ I'd expect the chicken to be top quality and fresh
