Came in, ordered our food. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for our food, no one in the drive thru. An old lady and 2 females with 2 kids came in about 15 minutes after we ordered, the kids ran behind the counter which is against osha. But ok, they then proceeded to serve them before us. They were clearly the cashiers family. Ok, what made me really mad was that our food was thrown together. No effort what so ever, my chicken sandwhich tasted like it had some kind of chemical on it. Literally made me sick, going to ER just in case. The guys in the kitchen were just standing around talking not doing anything, every time someone pulled up to the drive thru it took them a few minutes to assist them because they were busy talking. I won't be back to this one again and will probably be contacting corporate after my ER visit. Ridiculous.
Want a Chile char burger? Not here. No burgers in fact at 9 pm as they are cleaning the grill. I love the zucchini but none available. When I agree to just a taco and small drink, the lobby machine is out of Cherry Coke. Horrible dinner service. Do not eat hereFood: 1/5
Went through the drive thru and had excellent service from the young man at the window . The young man’s name that helped me was Timothy . I will be calling also to personally let the manager know how great the service was . It’s hard to find great service now in fast food so I appreciate it very much when I come across excellent customer service . This young man was very polite, courteous , and efficient in his service. Five stars !!!
They food is good. I had great service from a guy named Chris who was helpful understanding and communicative. The atmosphere was very welcoming and I enjoyed my time being there.Food: 5/5
Not to long of a wait. Very friendly drive thru person named Timothy. Very surprised being asked how I’m doing… great customer service compare to all other in shopping area.Food: 5/5
I came to this location last month during a road trip to get some shakes and actually had one of the best customer service experiences. I originally just wanted some shakes but the young lady helping me, Megan, was telling me how the waffle fries are really good and a great combo with the shakes - to have something a little salty with something sweet, and for the hot and cold combo food experience it was actually really refreshing! She was really friendly and thoughtful and genuine. I felt like she really cares about the customers and wanted me to have an enjoyable experience and snack, rather than just being there only for “a job.” I don’t live close but I would definitely come to this location regularly if I did just to have a better customer service experience with Megan. Parking: Nice and open/plenty of parking. Didn’t feel cramped or difficult to get in or out of the parking lot.
They have started doing that thing where they send every car in the drive thru around to the front to get their food. Waited almost 15 minutes for them to get our food to us. An employee brought other orders to us 3 times before we got ours and it had multiple incorrect items.
Quality is not what it used to be. Service is lackluster and there are better burgers at other fast food places for more reasonable prices.Food: 3/5
Customer service was friendly, but nothing else was. I ordered the #9 with no tomato and it came with yellow onion and tomato. I was never told they didn't have the red onion. Very disappointed to be honest. Fast food issues I guess.
I go here for the specialized burgers. I get the Avocado burger with peppers. I just had the Diablo burger , it was good.Food: 3/5
