Came here after years of being a customer, for many years now ……was served with a bag of chips…. had made the chips all soggy it look like a piece of chicken. It was the grossest thing I’ve ever found in my food. As much as I love this place I haven’t wanted to eat here been a couple of months now.
I want to love this place since it's so close to home and I usually love Panera in general but I've just had bad luck here. From messed up orders to often being out of stock with what I want to staff being unfriendly. Twice I've been in the parking lot, looked longingly at this building then just went to Taco Bell
Panera food is always yummy and standard with all the Panera stores I've been to that's the good part. I always get you pick two. Affordable and great food. The only thing I can say about this store is how dirty the floor of the cafe and the bathroom needs some attention. And the fountain drink area especially the craft beverage area it's disgusting. Pls see the pictures.
I visited this place yesterday afternoon around 4 pm when I wanted to study. I usually use the fast lane kiosk. I noticed that almost all the pastries were marked sold out but I could see that there were muffins and bread in their display. The helpful staff there offered her help and I decided to ask the question. She told me that when the inventory is low, the kiosk items are marked as sold out because people can buy these items online as well and they don't want that to happen. It seemed reasonable! I ordered an orange scone and hot tea which is my favorite at Panera when I study. The environment was pleasing and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I spent almost 3 hours here. It's a great spot to study or meet friends. Compared to other Paneras that I visited recently, this place seemed much better. Parking: The parking is free here. You can almost always find spots here because it is a pretty big parking lot.
This is what I found in my flatbread this morning while eating it. I feel so angry and disgusted right now, who knows how many times I’ve eaten pieces of plastic in my food here or who knows what . Never spending my money here again! Definitely don’t eat here unless you want to harm your body.
Food has kinda dipped in quality over what we're used to from them. They make up for it with the friendly and excellent service. The restaurant has gotten kind of stale from an appearance standpoint, but what can you do within the limits of chains. ‍Food: 4/5
Hard to find seats, lots of students or workers with laptops. Took maybe last small table left. People in there had pizza boxes from little Ceasars. Ordered food with no tomatoes because I am allergic, still got tomatoes. Out of all bagels by 7pm. Love the bread and bagelsFood: 4/5
sip club member here definitely a great thing to have if you love deals and free drinks the whole closing team is really kind and hardworking, and I appreciate their communicativeness and service with a smile every time we come by to just pick up our agave lemonades.Recommended dishesFrench Baguette, Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait, Cinnamon Crunch Bagel, Scones
The food at this restaurant used to be pretty good. It has deteriorated to “CRAP” status. Over priced, with portions that shrink daily. Salads with 95% lettuce, and half of that is wilted. Dressings are so watered down it’s laughable. Soups that taste like bullion. Order the steak and cheese sandwich and see if you can find your thin strips of overcooked reheated beef jerky. Will NEVER, EVER eat anything from this dump again!
