My husband and I stopped by the Eastvale Vons during our vacation. We had such a nice experience, with your employee Kathleen, and we wanted to reach out to let you know she gave us great customer service. We were in a bit of a rush, and did not know the layout of your store, so we approached Kathleen for assistance. Not only did she help us find that item, she actually took the time to show us where our other items were located! She could have just given us an aisle number, rather, she took us directly to our items! Thank you, Kathleen, for your kind, caring and professional customer service! It was appreciated!
Never really had any issues shopping here. Today, I did in the bakery. Darlene was unprofessional and didn't know what she was talking about. I came weeks prior, and Pam was helpful and went over with me my 2-tier cake. She said to come back when I was ready to order. I came back today, and Darlenes' demeanor was rude and lazy, like she didn't want to help. I told her I wanted to order a 2-tier round 10" and 8" cake. She stopped me and said we don't do 10" tier cakes. When I was told weeks prior, they do. She was just lazy and had no business working with customers. She should be working the night shift as a stocker or something or just finding another job. Update: The manager took care of my order, and I was pleased with our cake. I added the decorations.
We’ve gotten our son’s birthday cake from Vons for two years in a row and the head baker is amazing! They’re excited to make our cakes, they ask questions and really go the extra mile to make our custom cakes! This year we had Kristin make our baby shark themed cake! She put seaweeds, corals and even graham crackers to make it look like the bottom of the ocean! For $70 this is the best deal in town with amazing and creative bakers! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and will be coming back every year and probably get more custom cakes for all our relatives!
Very organized and clean. I came to grab a snack and decided to take some sushi home. It was good sushi. It satisfied my craving but the flavors are missing something. Other than that they have a great selection of products. Everything I needed was in stock.

Scot the pseudo manager is just horrific and unprofessional. He should not be managing this store or any store. He should just be a clerk. Management is not his strength. He instigates polarity within his team. He allows workers to speak to other workers in a disparaging manner, as if it’s the 1800’s. Plus the lunch meat shelf is full of rotten and expired lunch meat. Great cornbread and bread. Please keep that up. Bring back the pizza dough.
This Vons location is a perfect for a Tesla owner to charge their cars while shopping. The store is organized, clean and stocked. Located inside a shopping mall with loads to shop and do.
