Just okay. The seats were big but some were well worn with tears in them. I don't particularly like being made to recline. I like to sit up as it's better for my back. They could use a bigger bathroom too.
Brought my 6 yr old granddaughter for her first movie theater experience. She loved it! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The one young lady from the concession stand even came up to us after the movie to check to see how her 1st experience went. I found that to be so thoughtful.
My daughter and I truly enjoyed this theater. The staff was friendly and helpful. The theater was clean and maintained. The recliner seat made this the most comfortable movie theater experience I ever had. Truly enjoyed this theater and we will return.
Comfortable seats, easy to navigate theater. Good variety of snacks!
Downgraded review now that my kids don't work there anymore. Pros: Amazing seats that are so big that the number of viewers us kept to a minimum. Friendly local staff. Cons: The SOUND is atrocious in most of the theaters. Blown speakers and low volume are not what I expect from a theatrical experience. POPCORN=meh
Price is good and the seats are comfortable. My issue is every movie I’ve been to, it’s hard to hear. Especially big blockbuster movies with big sounds, it’s hardly a rattle here. I’ve been frustrated to the point of walking out because the sound is so subpar. I’ve had to look around in disbelief of how quiet it is during a movie. You can barely hear some of the dialogue. Please do better with your sound system!
Staff are courteous and helpful. Theaters are usually clean and comfortable. Rarely do we find nonfunctional seats. Frequently movie volumes are too loud. Some of the seating charts used at ticket sales for seat selection do not match the actual layout.
Nice reclining seats and mostly clean. Food was expensive like other movie theaters however and it gets very busy so get there early. Tickets are ~15 dollars. One of the nicer if not nicest theaters in the area.
I honestly wish I could leave a better rating for this theater, because it is very nice. It's kept fairly clean and the seating is great. But I unfortunately have to dock a couple stars due to some bad experiences we've had more recently. Both tonight and a couple months ago, we ended up next to groups of kids that were loud and obnoxious throughout the entire movie we were watching. Tonight was especially bad, and I'm not sure how they were even allowed in. It was an R rated film and the girls next to us were all clearly in the 13-15 range. They were yelling out sarcastic responses to what characters were saying, taking selfies, and playing noises on their phones throughout the duration of the film. And they got up and walked in and out of the row at least 3 times over the course of the 2 hours we were there. About halfway through the movie, I finally decided it needed addressed. I went out and informed an employee about the girls... and was told that they would take care of it. But nothing was done. And the girls continued goofing off for the rest of the movie. Other people watching also began to become audibly upset behind us. But that didn't stop them. I walked up to the counter and mentioned it again on our way out after the movie ended, and was basically just told "sorry". The employee I talked to said he checked on the girls several times but I know he didn't, as we were sitting directly next to them and not a single employee came to our row. So at most, he peeked his head in and walked back out. The fact that this happened the last two times we visited this theater is honestly a shame. Because it's a really nice theater in pretty much every other area. But it seems like once they have your money, they don't care about your experience there.
Really nice theater, employees were quick with getting you help with your online ticket purchase, seating was great. Seats are so comfy I almost fell asleep... maybe too comfy lol.
