Bon-Ton

Store is more expensive then other retail store. They don't ha e enough help. All of this could account for the fact that the store is looking at bankruptcy. I worked in retail all my life. Trust me like any business it has to be friendly and keep up with other retail stores. Check there merchandise against same in another store. Bon ton is always higher. There is your loss of business they r having going out business sale now

I would give zero stars if that was an option. It took more than 30 min to order body wash. They did two separate orders and charged me twice. The sales clerk tried to put her email in the confirmation so I wouldn't get an alert but I caught it and insisted she use mine. I called customer service they would not cancell the fraudulent order!

No stars for the Lancome makeup counter! Associate on the phone complaining yes, I could clearly hear the conversation to her boss. Did not even acknowledge me when she saw me. I'm also in retail sales. Inexcusable!

Nice lady named Dee helped me with my purchase. She has great customer service skills. Employers, she's a great find!

was in the Bon-Ton in Carlisle on Monday, had a very good shopping experience, everybody was so helpful and so patient, having been shopping in the Bon-Ton for a long time, was going to cut card up because had bad experiences at other Bon-Tons. Thank you everyone for your help,

Another failed business. Going out of business sale is not cheap. Very high MSRP items so taking 50% off stil doesn't seem like a bargain.

The Bon-ton in Carlisle is no longer open, they have closed their doors.

So sorry to see it go out of business. I always loved shopping there
