Target

A modest target, but with great customer service, and everything you need. When I lived in Carlisle i shopped here multiple times a week.

It’s a good target they have a lot of stuff that’s needed for school and it’s close so that’s good and they have Starbucks so that’s good

Didn’t honor target circle offer 2x even after speaking with manager and showing them and the system apparently has a difficult time picking up prices marked down in store multiple visits now

Clean and always stocked when I go. Love the home appliances/decor section. Friendly staff. Kids love when we stop in at Target !

I called over 10 times and received no answer. After the 3rd time calling customer service, I tried other departments, no answer, not one department answered the phone. Wild

Absolutely love the store bc it’s rarely crowded like the one on the Carlisle Pike but the women’s bathroom is always disgusting and lacks any cleanliness what so ever. One time I could understand but a handful of times where there is no soap what so ever, toilets filled with feces not just in but on the toilets. Trash throughout the bathroom and overflowing trash cans. You would think that around 8pm when 8 of the employees are standing at the front of the store or hanging out behind the Starbucks register or at the u scan, joking around, that someone would be able to clean up the bathrooms. This isn’t just from one day or not being cleaned but days on end. Clearly sanitation or hygiene is not a concern. If you even try to get their attention to speak to them you are met with a sigh and them mumbling to one another. You’re better off using a portapotty honestly.

A few weeks ago I went to buy a TV. Walked back to the electronics section and no employees were to be seen anywhere. I pushed the help button and it brought up a timer that said "someone will be up to help you in less than 120 seconds!" So I waited. An employee finally showed up at the last second, but immediately had to turn around and go back to wherever he came from because he forgot everything he was supposed to be carrying in order to help people. Checkout was easy tho, and he wheeled out the TV on a cart for us and put it in our car which was very nice. Im not upset with the emploee at all as he was very nice and apologized for having to run back and get his gear. But it is annoying that you hear so much stuff about Target never hiring new people, when they dont even have enough employees for someone to always be in the electronics section.
