Had the equipment ready to go,addressed me as soon as I entered. Very helpful and explained everything quickly and knowledgeable. Was in and out in a very short time but wasn't rushed out. Thank you Carmichael's,I had a very long day and your place finished off my running around on a positive experience. Very grateful.

To treat your customer like a dog in 2022 is wrong. When my friend who is 80 plus shared her experience with me I was very hurt. To think your company is the only place to purchase equipment I think not. I will share with my family, organizations and church members to. Busy that's me Louisiana proud

So disappointed that Carmichael’s will not deliver supplies for oxygen generated machines. I have a home and portable machine and need tubing, water bottles, water trap and nose cannulas for both. Don’t have a way to get there to get supplies during the week and they are closed on Saturday. I now will have to order my supplies from Amazon and pay out of pocket instead of getting my supplies from Carmichael’s and my insurance paying for what they cover. They have been helpful in the past months when I was on continuous flow oxygen, but not now. And I can’t change companies.

Got a 02 machine they keep sending me 2 to 3 months bill which I do not owe got all my receipts that I paid tried dealing with there people over the phone there don't have no clue what there talking about call 2 different places different invoice corp needs to clean house on the billing dept told them and come and get 02 machine had problems horrible co never do business with them again call my in co to report them rip off cofrom the start horrible

We had to rent a knee scooter after a foot surgery. They were easy to deal with and the terms of the rental were transparent. Return of the scooter could not have been easier. Very highly recommended.

I will never use Carmichaels again - rude, uncooperative and very unprofessional staff. My husband who had congestive heart failure was having difficulty breathing and his cardiologist ordered oxygen. Carmichaels called to deliver but said I would have to pay out of pocket because the doctor had used the wrong coding - difficulty breathing. We were desperate so I agreed to the charge but questioned why Medicare would not pay. I called the doctor whose nurse called in a different coding on three different occasions but Carmichaels failed to correct it. The very next day we called in Hospice and never used the oxygen - Carmichaels refused to file with Medicare saying the time period had lapsed which is absurd. Hospice called also for a bill adjustment on my part but again they had another story of why I had to pay out of pocket and refused to file. That is an absurd answer. Be ware - they are extremely rude and unprofessional - glad to learn that the hospice we used uses another company for their oxygen supplies.

On Monday my daughter's went to their pediatrician due to being sick. Our pediatrician gave me a script for a nebulizer. I got to window. No problems getting it. Got home and realized I did not have all the parts. I checked Google maps and seen they were closing at 5. Here it was 4:40pm . I called CarMichael back and asked if they could please stay open for a few more mins til I could make it there. Henderson to lafayette during 5 pm traffic. yall the lady stayed there til I got there . To open back up to get me the parts that I needed. So that my sick daughters could start their treatments that night and not wait til morning. I honestly can't thank her enough. I wish I could of gotten her name so I can give her credit on her own. But thanks so much Carmichaels for having such awesome employees. Truly care about the health of others. Especially and 7 year old and 3 month old ! Thanks so much for being awesome !!!!!!!

They told me my prescription for my cpap needed to be renewed for supplies. Took today off went to the dr. Got a prescription drove all the way there. The lady held my paper like it had a disease and said you arent getting anything today. Then began to tell me what the dr. Left off i told her the dr. Put their number on there in case they needed more info. She was vry rude. I took my prescription and left. Every time i go in there i get the run around. Never again ill just use amazon and pay out of pocket

The woman who "helped" my husband with his very first C-PAP machine did not do even an okay job of showing him how the unit and mask work. She rushed through her explanation and demonstrated NOTHING. Most importantly, she did not offer him different sized masks. She gave him a mask and sent us home. By the time we realized the reason he was having so many problems was because the mask was way too small for him, the 30-day window for a free mask exchange had passed, and we had to order a new mask and headgear from Amazon for $112.00. No way I was buying it from Carmichael's!

Very disappointed, we purchased a 259.00 wheelchair With foot rest for a family member. Once we got home we realized there was a 15.00 rental charge for the foot rest. We called back a few days later questioning the rental charge then ended up having to purchase the foot rest for an additional 49.00. This is not right , wheelchairs are suppose to be equipped with the foot rest. It’s almost like buying a bicycle and then have to pay separate for the pedals. The customer should have been told this before the purchase, it was never discussed.
