She has lived in the Wenatchee Valley most of her life, so she knows neighborhoods, school districts, businesses and other critical details about the area that are important to home buyers. She stays connected with the North Central Washington community as an active member of the Wenatchee Area Chamber of Commerce.
A licensed real estate broker since 1981, Carole keeps up-to-date in real estate law, trends, technology,communication and marketing through continuing education an experience. Her dedication is evident through her service as board treasurer of the North Central Washington Association of Realtors. As a managing broker, she builds her business mainly on personal referrals – a testament to her ethics, organization, drive, high standards, and her trademark follow-through, a trait especially appreciated by her clients. For many years, she served as an administrator at Wenatchee Valley College, working directly with students to help them reach their dreams. Carole approaches her work in the same way with clients selling or seeking a home.
