Lisa was so amazing! We recently completed a very long and frustrating construction project due to contractor concerns, not bank concerns! and Lisa was there every step of the way through it all. She was always responsive and went above and beyond to help us stay on track and sane through the process. We would not have survived and finished without Lisa's dedication to making sure we were taken care of. WaFed and Lisa in particular have our utmost respect and trust! Highly Recommend!

Doing a POA re my mom. They are the only bank requesting extra paperwork. They scanned it in but only every other page. THEN they scanned it in wrong AGAIN! Had to bring the POA back
Bummer, Zero is not an option. *please know the 2 girls did great with what they knew and asked for help when they didn't, those 2 would've gotten you at least 3 maybe 4 stars.* Superior teller guy couldn't figure out how to use the bank card inside so the customer could wd $1000 in $100s. Superior teller guy suggests the atm. So to the banks atm, inside the banks front doors, the customer went. The customer successfully withdraws $1000 from, the banks atm, and returns to, the banks, line with the $1000 in $20s to swap for $100s. As discussed moments before, when guy couldn't figure out the bank card and suggested the atm. Only now to find out, they can not swap out that much $. ‍ That makes two major bummer experiences for that branch now. The first one being a capitalized MAJOR bummer.
Such a great place to conduct banking! Staff and management are always friendly and easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend!
Big Bank services coupled with Hometown feel, I’ve never felt safer to put my money anywhere, and the staff at this local branch is second to none!
They know my name, know my usual banking transactions and are always friendly!!
