Best experience ever with Caron Memorial, no one wants to handle these types of tasks when losing a loved one, my sisters an I have had some horrible experiences dealing with other companies to design my moms stone, an we stumbled upon this company an decided to give them a chance! So glad we did Lynn an Mary have made this process so much easier for us an just were genuinely nice caring compassionate an so understanding, spent almost 3 hrs with us an we all left feeling as if we were friends that knew each other for long time! I highly recommend this company We can’t thank you enough for making a not so easy situation a pleasant experience for us! You truly were a blessing to us, I’m so excited to see it when it’s finished as I’m sure it will be beautiful! Sincerely the Lema Sisters

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Company was suggested by the funeral home in June 2019. I paid in full, close to $1,500 and never received the headstone for my mother. I requested to cancel the order in Oct 2019 and asked for money back, but was told the company 'is not in a place to return funding' to customers. Now in August 2020, I still haven't received my money back and will need to take them to court.... all while my mother rests without a headstone and plot barely recognizable. I am emotionally mortified of the entire situation and had to order another headstone from a different company. This company should not be in such a sensitive type of business and should be ashamed of their negligent existence.
