Carousel Florist

Ordered this arrangement for a memorial service for a friend’s mom. Turned out better then I could have imagined. This place has always been my go to florist and they never disappoint. Thank you

I was in need of a florist to craft a specific design idea I had for an anniversary arrangement. While driving home from work, I asked Siri to find a florist close to me. I ended up at the Carousel Florist warehouse/production shop rather than the Carousel Florist store front. Oops... blame that mistake on Siri and the fact I'm new to the area. But what a fortuitous mistake it turned out to be!! I ended up speaking with a gentleman named Mike and he listened to me explain what I wanted, and the story behind the request. I left there feeling like Mike knew exactly what I was in search of and that the arrangement was going to be pretty good. Pretty good was an understatement!! When it arrived the next day at our home, my wife was throroughly surprised and instantly flooded with emotions, as she fully understood the arrangment. NO WORDS NEEDED!! I like to think I did a fairly good job explaining the idea, but it was Carousel Florist's execution of the order that absolutely nailed it. This was my first opportunity for needing floral services sincd I moved to the area and I'm happy to say I've found a vendor that I will trust with my next order. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Carousel Rep requesting a "SPECIAL 70th BIRTHDAY" floral Arrangement days ahead of the event. I paid $120 with assurances that the arrangement would be done to my specifications. The arrangement was sparse and looked like a $30 arrangement!!! HOW COULD YOU RUIN SUCH AN IMPORTANT BIRTHDAY??? Don't trust this place!!

Ordered flowers from 1-800 Flowers and they originally did not look much like the photo. However, after speaking with a representative, they sent another bouquet that looked much more like the photo. Both sets were beautiful in their own way and I appreciate that they sent out the second one to remedy the situation. I don't blame the florist for the first bouquet not looking correct, they did the best with what they had. I blame 1-800 Flowers for giving false promises when realistically, it is probably hard for florists to have the exact flowers that they promise. My advice would be to skip 1-800 Flowers altogether and go straight to Carousel Florist instead.

I have used Carousel Florist several times for flower arrangements. They have done a beautiful job every time. Recently, I asked them to make a floral arrangement with tropical and unusual blooms. They nailed it! Very reasonable prices as well.

Carousel Florist sent this beautiful arrangement to my niece for me to a local High School with short notice. I called the shop directly and told them I wanted an arrangement with lots of sunflowers and roses and to use their own design choices as they surely know more than I do. They definitely knocked it out of the park! Excellent customer service, fast delivery, knowledgeable staff! I know from a florist friend here in NY that fresh flowers are in short supply and not always easy to come by since Covid, Carousel Florist still managed to put together this stunning arrangement! Thank you so much I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a floral arrangement of any kind contact this florist first! Beth

The shop curator Elaine oh, absolutely wonderful. Welcoming Pleasant informative helpful. It was so nice to deal with someone who has such kindness and knows what they're doing it's a rare quality in today's age.

They did a really good job and delivered within 3 hours of my order. Very impressed with how well they matched the flowers I ordered online. My girl was very happy with them especially. Thank you!

I have to leave this review because what amazing service!!! we just had a surprise delivery and our driver, a red-headed, beautiful lady, delivered the flowers and she went above and beyond. I could not be happier and I could not recommend them more! Service full of heart!
