Good service, flowers were received on time. However I will say the actual product was a little underwhelming. The flowers are in good shape, however there’s half the amount of roses depicted in their picture and overall the size of it is much smaller. Their display looks very full, and I made sure to purchase their “deluxe” size. I feel a bit deceived.
Called from Alaska desperately trying to get flowers to a loved one sitting in a hospital bed alone, facing a difficult diagnosis. It was already after 1pm, I didn't expect there to be a delivery that day, they said they'd try. Worked with me on the phone letting me know what they had on hand. I think when they heard she was sitting in a hospital bed alone, no family and no one there-they got the arrangement to her that evening. It totally changed her attitude. Blew her away. She said the quality of the flowers were fresh & they were beautiful. As far as price, it was in line with all other florists else I priced out. Only their customer service was absolutely outstanding compared to others I've dealt with in the past. Rachel was so kind, worked with me-and got it right out. This may be the last flowers this woman receives in her precious life. Thank you so much Rachael & folks. These may be the most meaningful special flowers I've ever sent. And you made the experience easy & wonderful. I'd say if you have something particular, any concerns, go ahead and give them a call. They were very kind. Yes-this is indeed a real five-star review.
Amazing florist! I called the morning of homecoming to ask if they sold premade wrist corsages and they actually offered to make me a custom corsage in colors of choice that was ready within two hours! It was absolutely beautiful!
Very disappointed - photo on left is what I ordered, photo on the right is what we received. I believe my 12 year old niece could have done a better job with flowers from Publix. Only reason I didn't give one star is because they did get it delivered today.
Mind blown. They were short on some items I ordered so I gave them creative license and they absolutely murdered it. Perfect job.
Was purchasing an arrangement for any individual's funeral. They did a, very wonderful job and it was beautiful. Will definitely you them again.
My dad passed away and we were getting ready to travel for the memorial. As you might imagine I had a lot of things to do to prepare. I totally forgot to order a flower arrangement. The day before the memorial I called Flowers of Distinction and asked for help. They said yes we can! The lady I talked to on the phone was so nice and understanding and the ordering process was pretty easy. The next day at the memorial there was a beautiful wreath of multi colored flowers and it was so beautiful and exactly what my dad would have liked. Thank you thank THANK YOU Flowers of Distinction for taking care of me in a pinch!
Flowers of Distinction did an outstanding job creating floral displays for my daughter-in-law's baby shower. I walked into the shop with just a faint idea of what I wanted a large centerpiece bouquet, 3 smaller arrangements, and 3 corsages using white daisies and pink roses and the ladies completely captured my vision, exceeding all of my expectations. How delighted I was when everything was delivered on the day of the event - 20 minutes early! I highly recommend Flowers of Distinction for any floral occasion and they will be my go-to florist from now on. Thank you, ladies!
Three of us needed flowers for a funeral. One purchased a spray, the other two decided to go to Carousel Florist because this place did not have the lilies we wanted or a decent vase. In fact, they told us that Carousel Florist would not have what we wanted and was like a "Walmart". Well, we went to Carousel and they had the lilies and the vase that we were looking for. When we went to the funeral home our flowers from Carousel were "beautiful". We were very happy with the arrangements, however, our friend who ordered from Flowers of Distinction was very, very disappointed! The girl at Carousel was friendly, information, and helpful. I highly recommend their services!!
These people were great! After another florist cancelled my order for funeral flowers DO NOT USE AMY FLORIST, Flowers of Distinction came to our rescue. They delivered beautiful arrangements in only a couple of hours. Had I only known, I would have started with them instead of the other. Please visit this local business. They know how customers should be treated!
