Great communication and reminders for appointments. Also really helpful in rescheduling if we had to miss an appointment due to illness or an important test at school. My son's teeth look great and I'm sure it wasn't easy! We'll be back with our youngest, I'm sure.
Friendly and efficient! My granddaughter's appointments are always a breeze, and the results are terrific!
Outstanding work on my grandaughter's teeth. She has received many compliments on her mouth, especially her classmates and teachers.
We went to four different orthodontists for consults before being referred to Dr Carpenter by my daughter's oral surgeon. My daughter's teeth have short roots and no one would touch her mouth for braces. Dr Carpenter said he would do it. Came up with a modified plan to work around the roots. After a year of braces, her mouth looks great! Awesome office with awesome staff.
I love going to Carpenter Orthodontics. Dr. Carpenter is very knowledgeable and will let you know how you can improve your smile at every visit. The staff are very kind and friendly and is always willing to work with you. I'm so happy I found Dr. Carpenter.

This place is amazing Dr. Carpenter is awesome they were very helpful and they helped assist me and my daughter to get her braces and they were able to help us very financially friendly as far as many options to help every budget recommend this place for sure.
Good luck with making appointments don’t expect great customer service!! No follow up to confirm my appointment and when I called the receptionist said I should have wrote down the date and time of my own appt. Originally, I was ensured an appointment reminder. Sounded sketchy, so I called a week prior to confirm my own appointment. The day of my appointment receptionist said they had the wrong number on file so they failed to send a text to confirm with me and cancel my appointment. Why did they not updated my phone number when I called to confirm my own appointment? She also remembered me, and said we usually don’t reschedule appointments for people who fail to show up on the first appt. as if it was my fault. She failed to do her job, Very frustrating to work with Hanna the receptionist, who’s not only rude but unprofessional and doesn’t know how to do her job.
I've always had a great experience every time I go in. Dr. Carpenter has been doing this work for a long time and has helped many of my family members before me for several years. They work quickly and provide answers quickly. When you need extra items, they are willing to give them to you. I definitely recommend Dr. Carpenter.
