I wouldn't go anywhere else for pool supplies and advice. I've been going to Carr pool supplies for 10 years. John and team is amazing and they care about what they do. They work hard balancing our water each day and interpreting some numbers on a page to magically or scientifically for you non Santa believers but they do it well. John has told me to put stuff back and saved me money, he has told me when to buy from somewhere else for specific things, he has spent hours on the phone walking me through steps such as replacing sand in a filter or cleaning out Salt water filters.. Just a good guy that anyone would want to hang with. He asks about the family and life outside of pools If you want to support your small business community this one deserves it. Trust them to do you right and look out for you. They truly want you to have an amazing summer with blue pools. I have never been disappointed

The Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! Their recommendations are always spot on! We have pool places closer, but choose to make the 30 minute drive to Carr! If you are looking for someone to help care for your pool, Carr Pools is your place!!

What a personalized experience from the owner. After testing our water samples she quickly identified the chemicals needed to balance out our pool then gathered all supplies needed to check us out as well as explained in step by step details of how and what order to put the chemicals in the pool and how long to wait between. I loved this family owned pool store and will return many more times as needed. Highly recommend it to every pool salt or fresh water pools owner .

They are a really great company, they got any issues with the liner resolved relatively quickly. If there had been a way I would have done a 4 1/2 * instead of just a 4. The only reason it was not a 5 was we have run into some issues with liner popping out of the top runner which we are fighting with getting it back in place only to have it pop back out and have found out that a product called liner lock would have prevented this. We would have paid a little more for this but it was not offered. Just be aware to ask for liner lock if you are relining an inground pool.
